Neoh's eyes were sparkling with unimaginable power he lifted up his sword and with it all the orcs found themselves floating in the air then their limbs started twisting and blood gushed out from everywhere, any sane human looking at this scene would lose their mind, when they would finally die from pain neoh would resurrect them on the spot and start again it was truly a horrifying scene.
Sylvia was wondering which one of them was the real monster, Neoh or the orcs, he looked as if he was enjoying their agony his laughter filled the air like a maniac, Sylvia used to respect neoh because of his power and his kind heart but now she was just scared of him, although those were just filthy orcs, they didn't deserve to get tortured like this, nothing in the world deserves to get tortured like this, it's true, those orcs did horrible things, but they just acted on their instincts, one death should be enough for them, Sylvia thought
" WHO IS YOUR LEADER ?" Neoh shouted
His voice which used to be soothing and mesmerizing now sounded like a giant trumpet singing the song of annihilation, it would make anything shiver including monsters.
Orcs were simple creatures they craved war and loot and food that's all they wanted to have, so they wouldn't start systematically attacking villages on their own.
Of course, neoh didn't know this, his knowledge about this world was very limited, but through his rage, he was making the right choice.
After a few rounds of death and torture those orcs couldn't take it anymore, and one of them started talking about their master.
'Our master is a very big skeleton he will bash your head in human'
Neoh could understand what he was saying through a skill called true comprehension it was the same skill that all of his subordinates were granted thousands of years ago, traveling through hundreds of dimensions had forced them to find a way to communicate with inhabitants without having to learn their languages, and this was their solution.

'We don't know human, but he is very powerful let us go if you don't want to die '
Of course, orcs knew that their master was Nothing compared to the demon that was torturing them who was able to resurrect all of them at once, but even with their low IQ they knew the only way out for them was to bluff.
"So you said he is more powerful than me ?"
'Yes human He is the most powerful mage '

Then with a flicker, all the orcs in the area turned into ash.
Sylvia witnessed the whole exchange from afar, she couldn't move a muscle and her heart was pounding, then as soon as she blinked neoh was standing in front of her.
"Didn't want you to witness this side of me, but It is what it is, I'm going to find the lich they were talking about but I don't wanna leave you out here, if you want I can take you with me"
Sylvia answered with a shaking voice:
'L L L Lich?'
"Yes lich don't be afraid I'm gonna protect you"
Sylvia wanted to scream and run, she just wanted to get away from this absolute nightmare but she couldn't, she was frozen stiff, all she could muster was a yes she couldn't possibly refuse an offer from neoh.
Neoh on the other hand knew she was scared of him now, but he couldn't care less anymore, if the world wanted to leave him alone and call him a monster he would gladly accept it, he had ran from reality for long enough, all the memories he had blocked for millenniums, came rushing to his head, all the pain and suffering he went through to save the innocent and at the end they called him to dangerous to be left alone!
What did these rotten weaklings knew about him?
He had saved countless worlds from certain destruction, he had been the hero far too many times.
If people want to perceive me as a villain then I will give them a real villain.
What had tipped him over the edge was the fact that he had just saved many lives including the soldiers but all that Sylvia could see was his power, he could hear what Sylvia was thinking about him, and this showed him that this world was not gonna be any different from the previous ones.
So I'm gonna take over it and rule it as a king.
This was his plan now.
Then he activated multiple searching skills at the same time.
The skills and spells neoh knew and could use counted in the millions, but the most important one was the ability to steal somebody's power by touching them, this is how he was able to take the power of multiple gods and their skills and make them his own, this overpowered ability allowed him to become what he is now.
After searching through all the possible places a lich could live, neoh sensed a presence in a nearby cave, the being he sensed had sufficient mana to be called an arch lich, so he didn't waste time, he took Sylvia's hand and teleported directly inside the cave without opening a portal.
As soon as he got there he casted an absolute shield on Sylvia and walked up to the lich.
The lich who suddenly saw them appear in his territory was shocked but he didn't lose his composure and tried to gage the power of his opponent, but it was too much for him to be able to understand, he was frightened, why such a being suddenly teleported into my cave?
He was a grand magus before he turned undead and now that he was a lich he was many times more powerful, his power could only be rivaled by the demon king.
The fact that he couldn't grasp the limits of neohs power had frightened him to his core.
Noeh didn't waste any time and asked the question he came here for .
"Are you the master of the orcs ?"
'Yes I am Runyan Ghadir, the one who rules over the orcs in this area, how can I be of service lord magus '
The lich didn't want to lie to someone who was many times stronger than him so he thought if he just play along and don't offend him he would have a chance at survival .
"That makes things much easier,did you know that they killed the innocent? did you order them to do so ?"
Now the lich knew he was screwed, he had some hope based on the appearance of the man in front of him that he is a demon king، or the the demon god, and he is here to recruit him but the man in front of him was asking about the innocent, he had no chance of survival, this man was here to kill him, with that conclusion, he casted a defense spell and a portal spell which could teleport him out of the cave, he was a magus before he became a lich and back then everybody knew how to use teleport spells.
I can survive this I hope my barrier buys me enough time, he hoped.
Neoh chanted something and in an instant the portal he was conjuring dissappeared and his barrier was disabled.
"Well that's very rude I thought we were talking"
He got caught! Nothing could go more wrong than this, he had no way out, why such a powerful being suddenly appeared here he thought, and why does he care so much about some fucking goat fuckers living in a village.
But neoh could hear his thoughts so he let out a creepy smile
"Who are you calling goat fuckers you sack of bones ?"
If the lich had a heart this was the moment that it would've stopped, he saw no way out, he had completely lost hope, this fucker could hear his thoughts! What could he do against him?
He bowed down on both knees and started begging Neoh not to kill him.
"Oh, I'm not going to kill you, death is too merciful of an option for the likes of you"
Then he took a jar out of his space storage, as soon as he opened the lead the soul of the lich started to get sucked into it, in a blink of an eye the skeletons of the lich collapsed on the ground and he died without putting up any resistance, but he was not truly dead, far from it, neoh knew the lich was previously a human who had lived in this world and probably has a lot of knowledge about this world, so he wanted to know it all, and thats why he stole his soul so he can talk with him later.
"We are done here Sylvia take his skull we need to show this to your higher-ups, let's go back to other soldiers now, there is a lot of memory altering to be done"
'Yes my lord'
