Late afternoon the next day, I sat at the KODA council with my eyes blazing at Ralp Isla. Boris had summoned all the council members, as per Lyal's suggestion.
"Your son stole documents at the council hall, "I sneered at Ralph Isla.
"You installed a second camera in his office against the rules of the City Council. That is how you could capture him taking his title deeds and rushing out. " Ralph retorted.
"His title deeds?" I chuckled.
"Why would you find that funny, Alpha Lobo? " Benjamin interjected. " I am informed that the young lad was mated to Everest. He was excited and wanted to share his wealth with his new mate. He applied for leave and rushed out of his office. What documents could he have possibly taken that have you so worried "
I could tell they came prepared.
