Every pseudo-champion gets 3 bonuses: 2 yield bonus and 2 Personal bonus

Chanakya (Cha - nahk - yeah) will have: (SSS)100x discount for any and all purchases {Yield bonus}

(SS+) 100x maintenance discount (All maintenance costs are reduced by 100x) {Yield bonus}

(A+) Steal bonus* [one time] {Active bonus}

(S) Royal Advisor (You get an advisor who you can chat with for information and advice from, The advisor also controls system UI for better experience and control) {skill}

his steal is going to used much later in his conquest when he comes across (Steal bonus - Permanent) 

After he becomes a full champion (Which will be explained in the first chapter, but you can probably infer ;) ) he will get two more bonuses (one unique unit/building + one territorial).

I'm thinking 

(SSS+) Throne of heroes (Allows summoning of heroes and Legendary figures) {Unique building} 

and

(SSS) Workshop of the world (All units in your territory loyal to you will gain 100x productivity regardless of talent and skill)

There will be a reason he gets such good bonuses so keep guessing :)

For the bonuses he will steal, he has to meet certain conditions to do so (you will see in the story) but he will steal

(SS) Cancerous Loyalty (All units you summon or buy in your territory are 100% loyal to you and will never betray you, units not summoned by you will become 100% loyal after 1 year of residence in your territory - This bonus doesn't apply to -- Spoiler will be revealed in story--) {Territory bonus}
