"You thought wrong," he interrupted. "I needed to know if it was the wine or something else. Now I know. It wasn't just the drink; it was the lies, the manipulation, everything you and Victoria have done."
Bianca's eyes widened in shock. "Lies? Manipulation? Benjamin, I—"
"Save it," he said sharply. "I've had enough of being used. Whatever you and my mother are plotting, it ends now."
Seeing the determination in his eyes, Bianca realized her plan had backfired. She had underestimated Benjamin's resolve and his loyalty to Erica.
