Inside Benjamin's bedroom
Benjamin pushed the door open and entered with his mother, helping her sit on the bed. He asked her, "Mother, why would you let him treat you like that? He should respect you, at least for the fact that you've given us to him. Is that not enough?"
Victoria wept, hearing her son's words. "Oh, Benjamin, my diamond, don't worry. I need you to be independent enough with your brother, then I can take a break from all this."
Benjamin kneeled in front of his mother, his eyes filled with concern. "Is that all, Mother? Then give me just a few weeks to complete my house. I'll give it my all."
"Benjamin, don't stress yourself, my butterfly," Victoria interrupted, trying to ease his heart. "What your father does stopped bothering me a long time ago. So take your time."
