Turning to look back at me, he spoke, "Erica, if you don't stay near me now, I might lose my way. Be there if you can, because Bianca." He trailed off, "Well, I sent her out of the house."
"No, finish the sentence. Benjamin Bianca, what?" I furiously asked
"Let's talk about it later, not in front of Penny, okay?" He made the point that we should have been discussing such topics before our daughter, but I was not comfortable going to his mansion.
"Benjamin, you can take me to my place. I am more comfortable there."
