The man didn't detect Kenji's light pheromone scent, but seeing his reaction, he knew Professor Humphrey's new pheromone drug was a success.
"It's unbearable, isn't it?" The man, holding his nose, sneered as he approached the overheated Kenji. "This pheromone drug induces an early heat cycle, causing loss of reason and weakening of limbs, leaving one at the mercy of others. You're from The Alliance Army, right? Were you the one who killed our brother last time?"
Kenji dodged the man's reaching hand. The man noticed Kenji's attempt to use his opticomputer to call help. He snatched the opticomputer away and smashed the suppressant hidden in Kenji's clothing.
