Chapter 44 - No need to check, he's fine

After looking at all the photos and videos, Narwhal woodenly handed the phone back to Li Si.

Finished, really got it wrong.

He had actually pointed a gun at the big client's own brother!

In an instant, Narwhal wanted to die.

But looking at Li Si's silence, his mind came alive again and he carefully said, "Brother, I haven't asked for your name yet."

Li Si glared, "Chu Ge is my brother! Of course my surname is Chu! Is the surname Li?"

Narwhal hurriedly apologised, "Yes, yes, sorry sorry sorry. Little brother Chu, I was wrong about this time. You name it, I'll be happy to make amends any way you want!"

Li Si grunted, sizing him up suspiciously, "Really any condition will do?"

Narwhal was fiercely relieved.

It's a deal if there's something you want.

I'm not afraid of a lion's mouth, but I'm afraid you'll hide it and keep it in your heart.

"Yes, anything." Narwhal was decisive.

"Oh...," Li Si's tone trailed off, "Then be sloppy and get me Song Jiqiao."

"Cough cough cough ..."

Narwhal almost choked on his own saliva as he laughed bitterly, "Chu-chan, I'm calling you brother, don't play me."

Who was Song Ji Qiao? That was currently the most famous actress in all of Korea.

The difficulty of kidnapping her was roughly equivalent to kidnapping the Prime Minister.

"None of this will work."

Li Si had an impatient look on his face, "Then the whole boat will do, right? Yacht, fill it up with fuel, but don't burn me with those cheap goods."

Narwhal quickly agreed, fearing that Li Si would back out.

How much does a yacht cost? Pulling a few boats of little pigs would earn it all back.

"Then this boat for you to send to..."

"We'll talk about it when the time comes, WeChat you." Li Si waved his hand with disinterest.

The matter was finally resolved, and Narwhal relaxed.

He invited Li Si to sit in the captain's room and have a cup of tea, but he was rejected by Li Si without hesitation.

"Do you have anything else, Little Brother Chu?"

Li Si turned back with a sullen face, and Narwhal hurriedly explained, "I don't mean anything else. It's just that the inspection will start soon. Why don't we both go together, it's more convenient."

Inspection?

Li Si didn't know what this meant, but he didn't move his face and pondered for a few seconds, "That's fine."

He sat down on the couch in the captain's room.

Within a few minutes, a raspy noise suddenly came from the radio, followed by a grim voice.

"You are approaching the [Burrow], report your identity. If you remain silent, we will open fire in ten seconds."

Narwhal hurriedly grabbed the microphone, "Boss Du, it's me, it's me, narwhal. I've got the Ocean Entertainment shipment coming in."

The two obviously knew each other, and Boss Du let out a laugh, "Narwhal? It's been three years and you're still doing this heartless business?"

Narwhal took the radio and smiled awkwardly at Li Si.

"All right. Come over here for a routine checkup."

Li Si sat on the couch, clearly feeling the ship's speed gradually decreasing until it came to a complete standstill.

After a while, the ship suddenly shook violently, as if something heavy had been thrown up.

Narwhal made a gesture of "please" and pushed out the door first.

Li Si and he walked to the deck of the ship, one after the other.

Before they arrived, the bandits had already stood in a row, as docile as little sheep.

The first mate ran all the way, ''Boss, they're getting on board. Huh? This is ..."

He looked at Li Si with slight hostility. Narwhal spoke out to explain, "Someone from Ocean Entertainment."

Only then did the first mate withdraw his gaze.

Li Si looked ahead, only to see a wide sea level with another ship close by.

Blackened rope ladders hung from the hull beneath them, and a line of heavily armed thugs were climbing up the ladders.

A hawk-nosed man was the last to board. Just as he stepped onto the deck, he yelled, "All weapons down!"

Apparently this wasn't the first time this had happened, and the bandits obediently unloaded their weapons and waited to be searched.

Li Si's trio stood aside to watch the fun. Narwhal had no intention of walking over to be inspected together, and just casually joked with Li Si.

A few of the thugs didn't recognise Li Si and took a few steps towards him.

The hawk-nosed man immediately called them to a halt.

He pointed at Li Si, who was talking and laughing with Narwhal, "Grow a brain, we don't search the top of the gang, that's the rule."

After saying that, the hawk-nosed man nodded towards the few of them.

Li Si calmly waved his hand.

Seeing this, Narwhal nudged towards his first mate, "Look at that, people are still specifically waving to Little Brother Chu."

He believed in Li Si's identity for a few more points.

The inspection took a long time to finish.

The mob unloaded the rope ladder, and the [Burrows] went away with black smoke.

Narwhal's ship set sail again, this time they changed direction. Towards evening, Li Si finally vaguely saw the outline of an island.

"Finally we're here, so damn tired. I must find a place to have a drink after disembarking." Narwhal complained loudly.

Li Si squinted his eyes.

No, it wasn't an island.

Rather, it was an entire platform floating on the sea.

This one in front of him was clearly more extravagant than an ordinary sea platform, flashing with colourful neon lights.

One corner of the platform was made into a complete harbour.

"The cruise ship we talked about earlier, just park it there for me." Li Si pointed to the harbour ahead, and Narwhal nodded in agreement.

The ship gradually docked, and Narwhal stretched, "We're going to carry the cargo now, Chu-chan, you..."

"I'm going to help too." Li Si said calmly.

He left the captain's room, his steps gradually accelerating, and eventually returned to the cabin before everyone else.

The bandit who had been knocked out had already woken up, whimpering as soon as he saw him. Li Si didn't want to talk nonsense, separated him from Wen Xing, and then carried the bandit out the door.

In a short while, there was the sound of "splashing" water.

With his hands and feet tied up, the bandit would not live long.

Li Si somewhat regretted that he had not done this earlier. When he turned around, he found Wen Xing looking at him, almost fainting from fear.

"Same old rules, you shut up and I'll save you from getting out, got it?" Li Si pointed at him.

Wen Xing nodded his head menacingly, and just then, the other bandits arrived.

Li Si helped patch up the stars one by one with a shot of anaesthetic, then carried them to the shore and stuffed them into the van.

There was a middle-aged man with glasses who was a svelte man taking notes with a pen and paper on the side: "Eh? How come there are only ten, the number doesn't seem to match."

"One was really disobedient and thrown into the sea." Li Si replied in a low voice.

"Then a part of the commission has to be deducted ... well." The Sven middle-aged man had a disinterested face.

It seemed that this was not the first time such a thing had happened.

"No more business for you guys, go have fun."

The bandits gave a small whoop of joy and dispersed in all directions, with only Li Si still standing in place.

"Erm, do you have any more questions?" The svelte middle-aged man asked suspiciously.

He frowned slightly because of the fishy smell on Li Si's clothes.

Li Si licked his lips and kept surveying the suit on the middle-aged man.

"Yes, I want to ask you about someone, let's go over there and talk."
