I am Tyler, and I'm currently in a little friendly competition with two of my friends here; to a café on the other end of town. I drive a midnight blue Nissan 240z with an L28 engine bored and stroked to 3.1 Liters. And it's got a sequential twin turbo setup bumping its horsepower up to 603 @ 6700 RPM to the wheels at sea level and when the temperature is just right. It's got a completely revamped suspension setup built from scratch, a full rollcage with a 4 point racing harness for the driver side, as well as normal 3 point seatbelts. The passenger only gets the 3 point seatbelts, no Harness for them. It's got a pair of Sparco R333 seats wrapped in black leather. Not exactly full bucket seats but it's pretty tight even for noodle arms like me so it's got good cornering support. The underside of my 240z got a complete smooth undertray leading onto a bumper integrated rear diffuser. The exhaust exits from over the top of the diffuser as to not interfere with the underside aerodynamics. The only reason I got this car is because I am a Wangan Midnight fanboy. And just like the anime, the car's injected by 3 carburetors and wants to kill you on every turn because it lacks driving assists. My car is super light for it's power- well for any power, really; weighing at just under 1150 kilos with a full tank of gas and me behind the wheel.

Now right in front of me, is my friend Aki Kimura in his Ferrari F12 Berlinetta that's running on road legal semi-slick tires just like mine. His F12 isn't modified though, Ferrari doesn't like modified cars. One of the reason he prefers other brands better. And God knows how I'm keeping up with him in this long empty highway, I'm at like 100 Horsepower Disadvantage out here! Perks of a lightweight body and close Slipstreaming, I guess. This race would've been a lot better if he brought his usual "mid range" car here.

And just one and a half car length behind me to my left, is Catalina in her Carbon monocoque chassis 2018 Mustang GT. It's also got carbon front bumper, front fenders and front hood painted in the normal body colour, that being a metallic orange for a more even weight distribution. The engine is a tuned 5.2 Liter flat plane V8 out of a Shelby GT350 making 617 horsepower to the wheels.
