The bed was quite comfortable, incredibly cozy, too. But she didn't immediately fall asleep. She wasn't nearly as exhausted as she expected to be - likely because she'd gone and taken a nap during the carriage ride itself.
Still, it felt nice to lay in bed with her kitten, watching her men mill about in the fancy room.
She yawned, comfortable and cozy enough that the yawn simply felt right to do so, stretching lazily on the bed.
She rubbed her eye and smiled softly down at the little kitten sprawled on the bed in front of her.
Snowball caught her yawn and gave a tiny one of his own, accompanied by a cute little squeak, and turned tired blue eyes up toward her.
His ears perked up as she gazed down at him, and his eyes blinked lazily a few times. His whiskers twitched, and he seemed to stare straight through her as if he was seeing things in a different light than anyone else did.
His fuzzy tail wiggled.
