5 years passed, I was now 9 years old and had long blonde hair. I have expanded my shop over the last few years and also built a cellar in which I stored supplies.
I taught Sabo how to stick to surfaces with chakra and when Ace saw that he wanted to learn it too.
My business was officially recognized by the city and I had to pay taxes, but it was only 12% of my income since I live outside the city.
Today I closed the store because me, Ace and Sabo wanted to meet up again to loot, but Ace was late today.
Sabo: Ace, why are you so late today, we thought you wouldn't be come here anymore?
Ace: Grandpa brought in an idiot named Luffy yesterday and he's supposed to live with Dadan now too. The idiot tried to chase me, but I threw him off the bridge.
Sabo: So he's your little brother?
Ace: He and I aren't brothers, he's just a complete idiot.
Dia: And you think he'll survive it.
Ace: He ate a devil fruit just like you, so he'll survive, probably.
Dia: Which one did he eat?
Ace: It's made of rubber or something?
Sabo: That sounds completely stupid, who would willingly eat a devil fruit like that?
Ace: That's what I mean,
he must be a complete idiot.
Dia: Let's plunder or do you want to give up your dream?
They both screamed, "No!" and we robbed a few people on this day.
3 more months passed.
I was just in my shop and leisurely sorting a few shelves.
Then Ace Sabo and Luffy came running into the store.
Sabo: Dia! We all have to get out of here! Ace stole money from the wrong people and we defeated Porchemy from the Blue Jam Pirates to save the idiot. Captain Blue Jam will now search everywhere for us, we have to get out of here.
Dia: Then go outside, I'll quickly pack the shop into a scroll.
I went out with the others, leaving only a hole in the location of my old shop.
Luffy: Who is that and how did she do that?
Sabo: Shut up Luffy, let's get out quick.
All four of us ran into the forest and Sabo stopped.
Dia: You idiots are hurt, come here I will heal you.
All three lined up and I healed their wounds one by one.
Ace: Thanks Dia, it's much better without pain.
Dia: And what do we do now?
Sabo: We could...
The next morning, Dadan woke up and looked around the room and spotted us.
Dadan: 1...2...ah, 1...2...ah. Ace, Luffy wake up! Who are the other two?!
Ace: Way too early to get up.
Luffy: Is there meat? Oh, too tired for that.
They both lay down again.
Dadan: Didn't you both hear what I just said!
"Hello, I'm Sabo and this is Dia, we're happy that we're in your care from today on," Sabo said with a big smile on his face.
Dadan: What, why are you in my care? Wait, Sabo! I heard you're also a good-for-nothing like Ace. And who is Dia? Not the girl from the slum shop, right?
Dia: That's exactly who I am, I'm happy to live here from now on, I filled up your alcohol last night as a little welcome gift.
Dadan went into the closet and saw red wine and sake for the entire next year.
Dadan: At least you don't come empty-handed, but why do you want to live here?
Sabo: There was a little incident with pirates and now they're looking for all of us. That's why we want to hide here.
Dadan saw mine and Sabo's smiles and gave in.
Dadan: Okay, but you have to clean the house and do your part.
Dia: No problem for us, thanks Madam Dadan.
Dadan: Now stop, do I look so good that you name me madam. I haven't met a kid as nice as you in a long time, what do you think of my hair?
Dia: You're really pretty, but Ace always called you an old bag. He must have always lied about you.
Dadan blushed and Sabo winked at me. The four of us left Dadan's robber hideout and went to the river to train.
Sabo: Luffy, so you ate the gum gum fruit and became a rubber man. But your devil fruit can certainly be useful in fighting. Here for you.
Sabo threw Luffy a fish tail with some meat in it, which Luffy devoured whole since he hasn't been eating much lately, especially no meat.
Dia: Luffy! You can have mine too, I'm not very hungry. Luffy snatched the meat from my hand and stuffed it into himself.
Ace: You're way too nice to him and his devil power is completely useless.
Luffy: It's not, see what I can do. Gumo Gumo no balloon!
Luffy filled himself with air and became round like a ball and Ace kicked him straight to me, I shot him further to Sabo and Sabo shot Luffy into the river where he was eaten by a crocodile.
Dia: Hey you, croc! Spit him out or you'll become our dessert!
All three of us beat up the crocodile and freed Luffy and took it then with us for the other robbers to eat.
The next week we snuck into the dump to see if they were looking for us and were immediately recognized and fled from there. Because Ace and Sabo wanted to continue earning money for their ship, we disguised ourselves and often sneaked into town with a long coat and sold crocodiles and stole food. Until one day Sabo's father showed up and wanted to take him back home. Of course, Sabo just kept running and ignored his father.
Ace: What was that Sabo? We have no secrets between each other, so spit it out!
Dia: Sabo, tell us the truth, who was that?
Luffy: Right, tell us about it!
Sabo: I have nothing to say to you!
The three of us attacked him and he started telling his story.
Luffy: He told us, now we can forgive him.
Dia: I expected that, so it doesn't change anything for me.
Ace: I'll hold off on forgiving for now.
Sabo: Come on Ace, I thought you wouldn't like me anymore if you knew.
Ace: So you better lie to me and Dia all these years.
Sabo: I'm sorry, Ace. I shouldn't have lied to you.
Ace: Fine, then I'll forgive you, but only because Dia forgave you too.
Sabo: Thank you, Ace and you too Dia and Luffy too of course.
Dia: It doesn't matter now, let's train.
A week later Ace came to us with 4 sake bowls and one sake bottle in his hand and placed them on a tree stump.
Ace: I heard that if we exchange sake together, we'll all be brothers afterward.
Luffy: Real brothers, but Dia is a girl?
Sabo: Then she'll be our sister, you rubberhead.
Dia: Then let's drink. Hopefully Dadan doesn't find out you stole it.
Ace: If we become pirates, our paths might part, but if we drink the sake we'll stay connected forever.
All four of us raised our sake bowls and Ace said: "From today on we are siblings! No matter where and no matter when!".
All four of us clinked our sake bowls and shouted, "yeah!"
Three more months passed and Dadan was in front of the house discussing with Dogura and Magura how to get rid of us. When suddenly Makino and Woop Slap stood behind her. Dadan at first thought they were Garp and bowed to them.
Makino: I heard Luffy lives here and I wanted to check on him?
Dadan: He's inside with the others, but Garp San isn't here, is he?
Woop Slap: What does it matter to you, you miserable bandit!
Dadan: The residents of Windmill Village have always felt the need to be robbed.
Woop Slap: What are you saying, come here...!
Luffy heard the screaming and ran outside.
Luffy: Makino San, what are you doing here?
Makino: I wanted to get you some new clothes to wear, I thought Garp would definitely forget about it. I just have to take your measurements and those of your friends too.
Luffy: Come on out guys, Makino is giving us new clothes to wear!
And so we all had to have our measurements taken and Ace got all red in the face when Makino took his.
"Look how red Ace is again, he's so shy," Sabo said to me and Luffy and we all started laughing.
Ace: I'm not shy at all, I just got sunburned from standing in the sun without a shirt on.
Dia: And why do you only have sunburn on your face?
Ace: Now give it a rest Dia, or I'll fight you for real tonight.
Dia: So the last 1000 attempts to defeat me weren't all of your skills, then from now on I can hit you harder?
Ace swallowed.
Ace: OK, maybe I find this a little embarrassing, are you happy now?
Sabo: But you don't have to be embarrassed, oh big strong Ace.
Ace: I may not have a chance against Dia, but I will pay it back to you, Sabo.
Sabo gulped and Makino started laughing.
Makino: Luffy, you've made some really fun friends.
Luffy: These aren't just my friends, we exchanged sake bowls and are now brothers.
Makino: Well if that's the case, congratulations on finding good brothers.
Dia: And a sister.
I said while sticking out my chest.
Makino: Of course, Luffy also needs to be congratulated for his new big sister.
Makino later prepared a meal for everyone, which tasted really good, of course me and Dadan helped her prepare it.
We all sat at the table and ate.
Makino: So you also want to become pirates later?
Ace: Yes, we will be the strongest pirates of all time.
Luffy: Exactly, we swore it with sake.
The next moment, Luffy and Ace were lying on the ground with bumps on their heads.
Garp entered the bandits hideout and shouted, "Dadan!"
Dadan: I can explain Garp San.
The next moment Dadan was also lying next to Luffy and Ace with a bump on her head.
Garp: You only teach them bullshit!
Sabo: So he's Garp, Luffy and Ace's grandfather?
Garp glared at Sabo and me.
Garp: You and that girl must be the other idiots.
Luffy stood up again and stood in front of us.
Luffy: The two of them aren't idiots, they're my siblings and we're all going to become pirates, so give up old man.
Garp cracked the bones in his fists and said, "So now there are four idiots who want me to teach them a lesson, you will become fine marines and not pirate scum."
Luffy: Run away!
Garp: You can't escape!
Garp chased us through the entire forest, destroying some trees along the way. Even flying didn't do me any good and he knocked me out of the air. After hours he had enough of beating up the four of us and went back into the house to drink.
Late one night when Garp was finally asleep we decided to build our own shelter before Garp beats us up again the next morning. And so we wrote a note for Dadan and went into the forest.
