Perhaps the most terrifying part of Akamana di Angra wasn't her irresistible power, but the uncanny ability to get to the root of people's emotions in the blink of an eye, uplifting them if she felt like it, or breaking them at her leisure. This eccentric yet easygoing nature made the Grand Priestess as unpredictable as it got. And as Cassandra still tried to find flaws in Akamana's revelations, the Grand Priestess appeared before her, making her snap out of her bewildered state.
"I like your spirit. If you somehow survive this day, know that the Angra Theocracy will always have a place for you," Akamana whispered in Cassandra's ear, then disappeared once more, reappearing in the distance.
But the moment Akamana vanished from her sight, hissing chains came crashing into Cassandra, surrounding her from the front, left and right.
