The war has been going on for almost half an hour already and both sides has suffered heavy casualties.
In an era of cold weapons, without a weapon of mass destruction that can win the war. The captains on the ship would quickly send it's fighting force to the heart of the battle. Consuming its enemy soldiers till one side would withdraw.
The sea's have been dyed red with scavengers such as sharks and other meat eating creatures from the deep, roams the surrounding, waiting for another meal to fall.
In the flag ship of the second fleet on the Alliance navy. Admiral Leonel was looking intently at the map while the trainee Carlos was standing behind.
Knock! Knock!
"Let him in!"
"Yes sir!"
The Captain of the ship entered the cabin.
"Admiral, the battle has already reached the point of exhaustion, though both sides has casualties, but it could be seen that we outnumbered them by 3 to 1. They have only sent 50 ships on their vanguard fleet, but still they might be deceiving us." The captain saluted to Admiral Leonel as he delivered the news that was passed by the Vice-admiral.
"They are not deceiving us, since the Admiral that was leading the Cecilion is that big headed guy. They're currently outnumbered, and it's about time to send the second fleet."
…..
On the Cecilion's flag ship at the middle of the fleet. Admiral Robertson was enrage as he was listening to the reports from the front lines.
"So your telling me the enemy has outnumbered us!?" He smashed the glass of wine to the floor and pointed to the intel officer that was standing right in front of him.
"Who told me that the enemy's current ships only has three hundred ships? Now apart from 70 ships at the start but there are now more than a hundred ships fast approaching!" Walking back and forth inside the cabin, he was thinking on a counter measure for the sudden reinforcements.
Nobody spoke as the Admiral continued his outrage, they were already used and they know that providing counter measure was the first priority.
Though he was full of anger he was still the Admiral that was appointed by the Emperor and he would loose credibility and trust if he would withdraw just as the war has started.
"Inform the second fleet to reinforce the vanguard." He then instructed the Captain to inform the rest.
"But Admiral, the second fleet won't be enough." The aide on the side quickly advised as they are still outnumbered.
"I KNOW! Let the hillbillies of the Kingdoms join the battle. Though their crew have only been fighting pirates but they can at least make our enemy consume their energy." He was not optimistic at the affiliated Kingdoms who joined the war but he can't be picky now.
…..
"Princess, I think it's time for us to join." A middle-aged man, wearing a rather a shiny plate armor that hasn't experienced being hacked, informer the girl who was carefully sharpening her sword.
"It's about time!"
