"Wait!" Eliza snapped and Jellal stopped. "I can't tell you my name but I'll tell you what I didn't tell the others." She said and walked closer to him. She stretched her hands towards him for a handshake. "It's V." She said.
"V?" He felt confused but she didn't say anything other than that. He simply shook her hands and was left to figure out the rest. 'V as in vamp?' He thought.
"Okay, bye. Thanks for your help!" She said and scurried away happily.
"Fascinating!" He exclaimed. "V." He pondered on the word and then smiled.
Eliza looked like an interesting person and he was looking forward to their second meeting. He adjusted his hand and left there with his hand tucked into his pocket.
Eliza hurried out thinking Allison would have been waiting for a really long time to get there, Allison was missing.
"Hmm! I guess she hasn't come out yet." Eliza said to herself and took out her phone. The time was 7:49pm. "It's late." She said and heard her stomach growl in hunger. She placed her hand on her tummy trying to ease the pain.
"Sorry I took too long." Allison apologized, suddenly surfacing from behind.
"It's fine. I just got out too." Eliza informed her.
"That's a relief." Allison sighed. "So, you're smiling. Anything good?" She asked with raised eyebrows.
"Yeah, but I can't speak on an empty stomach, you know that, right?" Eliza complained and Allison shook her head in wonder.
"You and food are both best friends. Can't live without each other."
"Then what makes you?" Eliza asked.
"I'm your best best friend. You'll cease to exist without me." She hugged Eliza and made a squealing sound.
"Let's hurry up and go, I'm starving." Eliza protested.
"Sure you are." They flagged down a taxi and went home.
It had been a week since Allison and Eliza started working in Ze Ztar and so it was time for the weekly shooting.
The whole place was busy, dresses were carried here and there. Eliza was a bit confused. She didn't know exactly what was going on and didn't have time to ask anyone.
"Hurry up with those clothes. The shootings are about to begin." Maggie ordered and Eliza walked up to her.
"What's going on? Why all the hurry?"
"Thank God you're here." She packed all the fabrics that were ruffled towards her and dumped them all on her. "Take these to the shooting floor."
"Where's that?" Eliza forgot all about the question she asked earlier.
Things were so confusing that she just had to wait and maybe find out along the way.
"Just take the elevator to the 11th floor." Maggie instructed and she nodded, carrying the heap of fabrics along and out towards the elevator.
The fabrics must've been used for decorations or that sort.
Felix sat in the elevator for the F4, crossing his legs and taking a look at the pictures of girls that were to be his partner model for the shoot.
"Argh, dammit. All these girls… they are all ugly." He cursed and flung the album aside. "I can't shoot with such girls. I need a better girl." He said and then his mind went to that certain girl that proved stubborn. He smirked at the thought of her. "That's someone worth shooting with. Only she is worthy of standing next to me."
Eliza tried to make it to the elevator before it closed but was too late. Before the elevator came back, it would take a while and her arms were already dying from the load.
The second normal elevator was still a long way away and so was the third. Now, she looked at the special elevator that belonged to the F4 and wondered if she could have her way with it this time as well.
She looked back making sure the coast was clear and moved to the elevator. She looked back once more and then pushed the button.
Instead of looking at the elevator, she kept her attention behind making sure she didn't get caught. Who knew what they'd do to her if they caught her half way.
As soon as she noticed the elevator opening, she got in and immediately punched the button and it closed.
Sewing that she had successfully gotten in without being caught, Eliza heaved a sigh of relief with the thought that she had gotten away with it.
Felix looked at the lady standing before him and his smirk turned into a grin. Just when he was thinking about her, she appeared.
He looked at her from head to toe, even her back view was divine. This was the kind of girl he wanted for his shoot.
He got up and walked up to her.
Eliza finally noticed someone was behind her but wished she was hallucinating. Slowly, she turned her head, only to see no one but Felix.
Startled, she let go of what she had in her arms and they fell to the floor.
