The sudden appearance left them in shock. All the high-ranking Angels and Demons turned with expressions of clear surprise on their faces. This... thing, whatever it was, was dangerous and different. It posed a threat to their lives. But now their powers had diminished greatly, making them lose their confidence to defeat it.
"What is that thing?" Arizen asked, furrowing his brow. He tried to hide his fear by putting on a fearsome face, but the paleness of his face was clearly visible. He even gulped.
"Hello," the thing said. They didn't know where that voice came from as it didn't seem to have a mouth. His voice sounded like that of a cheerful male, which made it more disturbing.
