Hermes was thrown sideways by a huge force. He hit the ground, skidded several meters before finally stopping.
As soon as he stood up his face contorted into a snarl. His eyes burned with fury when he saw the figure of a human standing near Hael and Zigan.
"You!" Hermes snarled.
"You shouldn't be here!" Hael said in a worried tone when she saw Barry.
"You could've died moments ago if I hadn't come," Barry shot back. His eyes never leave Hermes realized how terrifying his speed was.
"I won't die. But you, you're just a human!"
Barry glanced at Hael for a fraction of a second. "Now that we all have this power, the differences between us have become thinner, haven't they?"
Hael didn't reply. She just kept silent, because what Barry said was right and she indeed felt that way.
