Not only was Isabel waiting outside the university, she was actually far enough away from the university that David showed a strange expression as he stopped the car in front of her and rolled down the window.
However, once the car stopped, she got in without hesitation.
"Let's go!" she said in a low but clear voice.
David ran the car again while lighting a cigarette because he wanted to smoke again.
Isabel didn't change her expression just because he was smoking. It seemed that she had no opinion about a man who smoked.
"By the way, why are you wearing glasses now? Are your eyes minus?" David asked her.
A change in a person is something that makes it easy to start a conversation.
Isabel spontaneously touched her glasses at being asked about it.
"No, my eyes are still normal, but I prefer this style," she replied before resting her head on her hand resting on the car door.
