After a long drive, they finally arrived in Silene Tomentosa. The town greeted them with a quiet charm, lacking the vibrant attraction of Golden Amaranth or the mystical aura of Calla Lily. Instead, Silene Tomentosa was rather plain, its streets lined with modest buildings. The town was no different than Alyssum.
However, the town had one thing Alyssum didn't, it was the home of the White Trial.
Apart from the Victorious Ten, the White Trial were also well known for being heroes during the void war, while not as numerous as the Victorious Ten. Their presence casted a subtle but undeniable influence over its inhabitants, they were ingrained in the towns history
As Simon drove into the streets of Silene Tomentosa, they couldn't help but be on guard, knowing it was the home of the White Trial. They also remained cautious, unsure if another attack from the Forbidden could happen.
"So the White Trial, huh? They were quite the talk back then during the war," Blood remarked.
"That's something I forgot to ask, did you participate during the void, Blood?" Simon asked, asking Blood within his mind.
"No, I wasn't stupid enough to fight with the Victorious Ten or the White Trial. Why would I risk that? Besides, I've never had any issues with you humans, so I simply stayed hidden until it was necessary to bind myself to a host— which turned out to be you," Blood replied.
"I see, well, that's a relief I suppose." Simon let out a sigh.
"Alright, I think we should be good to do some supply runs now." Bard said, "Let's make sure we're well-prepared before we head out again."
"Alright, but one of you better drive next time; I'm tired," Simon said, a yawn escaping.
"Alright, I suppose this is where we temporarily go our separate ways," Eve said.
"Just try to stick to the plans, Eve," Bard sighed. "Try to return to the car in an hour or so, preferably even sooner."
"I'll try to remember," Eve nonchalantly dismissed as began to walk beside Vulcan and Eliza.
"Should we get going, Bard?" Mary asked.
"Yeah, we don't want to overstay our welcome here. Let's hope things go smoothly this time..." Bard sighed.
Eve, Vulcan, and Eliza began to shop for the items Vulcan lost in the explosion, going through shops to replace things such as his backpack, phone, clothes, and a handful of other personal belongings. As they were shopping, Eve slipped away, her movements unnoticed by both Vulcan and Eliza.
"Hmm, where's Eve?" Vulcan asked, realizing she wasn't with them.
"I'll try calling her and see where she's at," Eliza said as she dialed Eve's number.
As Eve walked through the streets, her phone rang, and she noticed it was Eliza calling. "Hey Eliza? Before you say anything, I'm currently at another shop and will regroup with you guys later." She said.
"You really should say something next time, Eve. You gave us a scare, disappearing like that without a word." Eliza sighed.
"My bad, my bad. I'll wrap things up here and go back with you guys," Eve said.
"Right, well you better. See you soon," Eliza ended the call.
Can you make this sentence more detailed and longer
"So, where did Eve wander off to?" Vulcan asked as he stood in line.
"She's off doing some shopping of her own, probably on the lookout for something interesting or to buy more sweets," Eliza replied.
"That sounds like Eve," Vulcan remarked "Anyway, let's finish up before Bard gets annoyed about us taking too long."
Mary, Simon, and Bard walked through the aisles of the local grocery store, their cart filling up with food and beverages. Despite the simplicity of their shopping trip, Bard wanted to quicken their pace, the nature of recent events still unpredictable.
"I'm going to leave the shopping to you two," Simon grinned. "I'm gonna have myself a look around town."
"Simon, considering recent events, do you really think we should be splitting up at all? There's still the possibility of the Forbidden." Bard shook his head.
"And you say I'm a loud mouth. Besides, I have Blood with me. I'm more than safe!" Simon retorted, a smirk on his face.
"Besides, we could use some help getting the stuff—Simon is just..." Bard sighed, watching Simon walk away.
"Stupid, careless, impulsive?" Mary asked.
"Those are just a few words that describe Simon, more importantly, it looks like there aren't many people here. Why don't we continue our talk?" Bard said, his expression turning serious.
"Yes, there's a lot to talk about," Mary said, narrowing her eyes.
As Simon stepped outside, he walked casually through town, seeing if anything that might catch his interest.
However unknown to Simon, Eve was watching him from a distance. Her eyes fixed on his every movement, she was carefully and patiently waiting a opportunity to take action.
"Oi, mate, someone is watching you. I think her name was Eve?" Blood said.
"Eve? I never figured her to be the stalker type," Simon remarked with a smirk.
"I gotta tell you mate, she's out of your league. I mean, she seems like a lass who is classy, sophisticated, the type who probably sips champagne while talking about literature or something. You, on the other hand, you'll be lucky to bag a slag like Lust." Blood bantered with him.
"Damn, is there a mute button on you or something," Simon rolled his eyes. "Anyway, I wonder what she wants if she's watching me from a far," he thought aloud.
"Go into that alley, mate, that might drag her out," Blood suggested.
Without giving it a second thought, Simon walked purposefully into the nearby alley, his footsteps echoing softly against the walls. Standing in the darkness, he waited as he waited for Eve to show herself.
"Hmm, I suppose that thing inside you told you that I was watching you, correct?" The familiar voice came from behind Simon.
Startled, Simon's heart skipped a beat as he quickly turned around , his eyes widening in surprise. "Bloody hell, Eve, you didn't have to scare me like that!"
"I'm not here as a friend, Simon. You better choose your words carefully," Eve warned, her tone serious . "How long was that thing inside you?" she asked, her eyes piercing into Simon's.
"Ah, you're talking about Forbidden Blood? I suppose Vulcan told you about him," Simon responded, his tone calm. "Don't worry, he's good. He helped me defeat Lust."
"You didn't answer my question..."
"R-right, well when the Forbidden attacked, that's when I first heard Blood's voice. When we fought Lust, that's when he, uh, he... Took control," Simon explained.
"Took control? So he possessed you?" Eve's gaze like sharp knifes.
"Y-Yeah, I guess you could say that," Simon admitted. "But he gave me back control of my body," he added quickly.
"I don't like to play hero like The White Crusader, but this is information you should've told all of us, don't you think?" The wind around then slowly getting stronger.
"You're right, and I was going to," Simon said. "But it just felt awkward bringing it up at the moment," he explained, his hand nervously scratching the back of his head.
"Do you have control over that thing?" Eve asked.
"This lass is starting to annoy me," Blood grumbled from within Simon's mind."
"From what it seems like, yes, he doesn't have any sort of control unless I allow him to possess me," Simon explained.
Eve stood for a moment, deep in thought . The wind around them began to subside, its energy calming to a gentle breeze. "I want to apologize if I seemed rude," she began, her voice softening. "Just from our recent encounter with the Forbidden, you can't be too safe, it seems..."
"N-no worries, Eve, we're all on guard it seems." Simon's shoulders sagged with relief as he let out a deep sigh.
"Simon, do you think you can ask 'Blood' a question for me?" Eve requested.
"Uhh, sure, what do you want to ask?" Simon agreed to her request.
"Ask him if he knows anything about Forbidden Death..." Eve's voice trailed off, her eyes narrowing.
"Forbidden Death? What an odd question," Blood commented. "All I know is that Death was a traitor like me. However, she didn't bind herself to a human like I did. She disguised herself as one, living among them," Blood explained, he paused, waiting Simon to relay the answer to Eve.
"Alright, Blood said that 'Death' was a traitor like him, but she didn't bind herself to a human like he is to me. She disguised herself as one, peacefully living among us," he explained.
"Oh and tell her this, Death left the void dimension with a loyal friend, Forbidden Chaos." Blood added.
"There's one more thing he said, that this Death left the void dimension with her loyal friend, Forbidden Chaos," Simon concluded.
"I see. There's one more thing I have to ask. Who killed her?" Eve's voice softened as she closed her eyes.
"I'm afraid I don't know that," Blood replied.
"Blood said he doesn't know," Simon relayed his answer.
Eve stood in silence before speaking again. "Well, let's keep this between us, shall we?"
"Sounds good to me," Simon agreed awkwardly, "Uhmm, well, we should go back to our groups."
"Yes, sorry for being so secretive again," Eve apologized before walking away, her steps echoing faintly.
"I'm going back to Mary and Bard, knowing my luck, some Forbidden is going to attack me next," Simon sighed.
"That faint feeling of void energy..." Blood whispered to himself, his voice barely audible within Simon's mind.
Eliza sat alone on a nearby bench, her gaze wandering idly as Vulcan continued with his shopping. Now looking to replace his old phone that had been destroyed in the explosion.
As time slowly passed, Eliza's attention was drawn to a faint white light glowing in the distance, its glow capturing her attention. Intrigued, she watched as the light flickered, its presence casting a sense of tranquility aura over the surrounding area. Eliza found herself drawn towards the source, she glanced around if anyone else noticed it, but it seemed no one else did.
As Eliza began to walk towards the light, she noticed a subtle shift in the air, accompanied by the faint sound of a voice whispering. At first, the words were unintelligible. But as she drew closer to the light the voice grew clearer.
"Eliza Kinhana, I am Heine, the chosen of Ulú of the White Trial..."
