" Todays the first test hopefully it won't be to hard" Thought Yashin as he, Taira and Po was walking down to the arena of the colosseum as instructed by a masked sound symphony member with envy inscribed on the crown of the masked he wore Black Shinobi pants and sandals with a grey vest. When they arrive all the teams who didn't get a room were sitting in the stands eyeing them as if they were prey. " Now that everyone's here we can now commence the first test. All of you my call me Envy and I will be overseeing the first test. The first test will be a death match against team 27. Which ever team can beat team 27 that team will take their spot and be the new team 27. Team 27 if you win you will be awarded another day at your current postion. Now that the rewards has been set who will like to challenge team 27" asked Envy. Silence filled the colosseum for 2 minutes until a girl who look to be about the age of 15 stood up. She wore her brown hair down, her eyes were an emerald green standing out from her pale white skin. She wore a fishnet shirt with a green jacket hanging showing her shoulder's, with 2 tonto hugging her back with navy blue Shinobi pants and sandals.
" Me and my team would like to put these little kids out their misery" she said in a cocky tone. " Alright subjects 321, 554, and 553 come down to the arena" Said Envy. Subject 321 begun walking down the steps towards the arena. Two boys rosed up from their seats and begun heading towards the arena. They both looked around the same age as Subject 321. The boy who was bringing up their rear was carrying an iron club over his left shoulder and he stood about 6 feet and 3 inches tall. He wore no shirt instead having a bear hide that he wore on his head that covered his back and the arms of the hide coming down laying on his chest exposing his ripped and toned body and the number 554 on his right shoulder with black Shinobi pants and Shinobi sandals.
Subject 553 was covered in bandages from head to toe with only his hazel eyes uncovered and he wore a tan bamboo sun hat, a grey kimono, and samurai sandles with a giant rigid cutlass sword he dragged across the floor. The whole area was filled with a loud screeching sound until he reached the arena with his team.
" The audacity of these weaklings who wasn't even chosen to occupy a room even though they are clearly older than us think they are strong enough to kill us…don't you think that's funny Po" asked Yashin in a knowing tone. Aloud burst of laughter filled the colosseum " You mean they were serious pfft How…pfft..how…pfft…. How could they not be ashamed of themselves" Po said trying to hold in his laughter " Stop it you two don't be so rude it must have took a lot of courage to come down here and die so others won't have to. They probably don't even have names to identify themselves only their experiment number isn't that right subject 321" said Taira in a patronizing tone.
" I'll make sure your last moments are agonizing you stupid brats" said Subject 321 with her emerald green eyes shining bright. " You my begin at the sound of the bell" said envy. DIIIINNNNGGG the bell sounded throughout the colosseum.
The first to make a move was the colossal giant of a kid subject 554 with amazing burst of speed he rush towards Yashin with club in hand when he was only a few feet away Subject 554 spun around and swung his club cutting through the air aiming at Yashin only to have Po catch his club " Going after the youngest out of all of us. Wow You're such a tough guy. Yes you are" said Po sarcastically in a baby voice while shaking his head before reaching out to grab Subject's 554 throat. Subject 554 jump back to dodge the out stretched hand that was reaching for him, " That fat kid is dangerous his hands give me a foreboding feeling" thought Subject 554
While on the other side of the arena subject 553 jumped in the air towards Taira stabbing his sword downward trying to impale her on it. Seeing this Taira jump backed to get out of the way and watched as Subject 553 sword pierced through the ground. Subject 553 looked up directly into Taira eyes before mumbling, "Fire Style: Erupting Inferno as a pillar of fire rose up breaking through the ground originating from his sword before engulfing a circumference of 20 feet. The arena stands was filled with Awes and Ohh's at the amazing spectacle of the fire pillar in front of their eyes. Taira acting quickly raised her hand and summoned her iron sand from practically out of thin air encasing Subject 553 in a suit of iron cooking him alive in his own fire. Only for the crowds awe's and ohh's to be silence by a terrifying blood curdling scream coming from Subject 553. " Why don't you shut up my ears can't take anymore" said Taira as 1000 iron spikes formed around the Iron suit before closing her hand into a fist and saying, " Iron Maiden" in a soft spoken voice before turning the suit of iron into a porcupine soaking Taira's Iron sand in the blood of Subject 553.
Seeing this subject 321 emerald eyes was wavering in disbelief seeing one of her teammates killed so easily by a kid about half their aged. " Hey don't go getting cold feet after all that big talk. Since you were brave enough to volunteer to die so other's won't have to. I will allow you the honor to watch your other teammate die before your eyes before its your turn" said Yashin while yawning. "Shut up all that means is more for me" Subject 321 said putting on a front before realizing she couldn't move her body besides her mouth and eyes. " ohh you finally realized. Well just sit tight" said Yashin with an evil smirking setting on his face.
Meanwhile Po was locked into a heated clash of Taijustu with Subject 554" You heard that big guy its your turn to enter the other side. To commemorate your passing I will send you off with my new technique" said Po with a smile he slap his hands together and shouted " Zeus spark" red lighting envelope his hands shocking the whole colosseum, "I never read of someone having red lighting even the past and current Raikages never had red lighting I wonder what other ways that it differs from regular lighting besides its color " Yashin thought. Po rushed towards subject 554 not caring about the iron club bearing down on him with the full force of subject 554 behind it. The iron club connected before Po was able to reach subject 554 breaking his arm and crushing his rib cage sending him skating across the ground for a few meters. Subject 321 emerald eyes regain new life upon seeing her teammate defeat one of team 27 she couldn't help but show a smile on her face finding renewed hope thanks to subject 554 " Don't get happy just yet the victor has yet to be decided" said Yashin taking enjoyment seeing the smile fade from her face into panic. " That was a nice hit " praised Po while standing up again with his wounds healing not leaving a scratch on him besides the wear and tear on his cloths. " Spirits I beg of thee help me too defeat this wicked demon" said Subject 554 in a pleading voice. With out any warning Po rushed towards subject 554 again throwing a right punch while a few meters away from subject 554 shooting out a red lighting bolt blowing off subject 554 left shoulder. The screams of subject 554 filled the ears of everyone in the colosseum but Po wasn't effected hearing him scream he pressed on with his attack running up and throwing and connecting a left hook towards subject 554 kidney shooting out another red lighting bolt blowing apart subject's 554 top half from his lower half sending the top half of subject 554 flying into the stands making it rain down blood.
Small Laughter could be heard from the colosseum to the surprise of Taira it wasn't Po but Yashin " Looks like its your turn subject 321 don't worry I will make your last moments agonizing so you can enjoy life one last time before you return to darkness" Yashin said in a superior tone. " No please I don't wanna die I just wanna go home" subject 321 said her voice shaking consumed by fear. "Awww what happened to the spunk you had earlier. I'm truly sad to say your fate was already decided when you chosed to go against me" said Yashin sarcastically before saying " Abyss style: Pull Of The Deep" Subject 321's own shadow formed hands and pulled her to the ground and slowly began crushing her making her scream for help as her body begun to twist and get crushed for 7 straight minutes until her screams finally died down filling the colosseum with silence leaving her a twisted mangle on the floor with her blood gushing out her body. " Test over winners team 27.
You all may return to your room your next test will be in 2 weeks. Bring in the next team" said envy. Team 27 started walking back to their room keeping the atmosphere calm and cold until they got there once they arrived in their room Po collosped on the floor and fell asleep due to low charka reserves " I guess that abnormal red lighting takes a toll on his reserves" thought Yashin while going to the kitchen to make him some spicy curry. " Umm Yashin how did you make Subject 321 on shadow attack her like that" asked Taira with genuine curiosity. " Oh that…. It was my shadow that attacked her. I had attached it to subject 321 when she entered the arena" answered Yashin. " I didn't even see him act….how fast was he moving" Taira thought. " I didn't really get to test my skills with such a weak a opponet I wonder how strong I have to get to leave this place. No point worrying about something that I will inevitably do all I can do is train" thought Yashin.
" Hey Kuraokami when are you going to start training me" asked Yashin A loud laughter came from the Kuraokami " Kid if you want to even have a chance to learn arctic style let alone for me to train you. You have to increase control of you control of your chakra manipulation, and work on training your nature manipulation till it's second hand. To achieve that you must make you chakra flow like water to train your water affinity to start off make a ball of water and keep it into a perfect sphere for at least an hour and after make it flow around your body. To train wind would usually have you spilt your chakra and grind them finely but to use arctic style you have to add one more step that which I'll tell you after you master what I just told.. So train hard until you can pull water from the air and create a great gust a wind just from a wave of your hand" Said the Kurakami " Pull water from the air? the only recorded person who ever pulled that off was the 2nd Hokage looks like I need to do more extensive research on him and the greatest water users the world has seen. Awww man looks like I have my work cut out for me this is quite bothersome" thought Yashin.
A week has pass since the first test was conducted. In that week Yashin was able to form and maintain a solid ball of water for 3 hours but when it came to making the water flow around him and freely throughout the air his control will falter and he would end up soaked other than advancing in his training Yashin also increased his knowledge on all the greatest water users in history which 3 stood out among the rest that he took an interest in The 2nd Hokage Tobirama Senju, The 2nd Mizukage Gengetsu Hōzuki, and The 4th Mizukage Yagura Karatachi. Yashin chose to take inspiration from them when working on his water change in chakra nature. " Its been a week and I still can't make water flow through the air what am I missing" Yashin was deep in thought sitting on the floor in the training ground drenched from failing to make water flow through the air. " well I'm sure it'll come to me in one of my many strokes of brilliance. Speaking of my genius I should put some effort into learning medical Ninjustu or at least the basics with how pure my yin chakra is I probably make a better then average medic and It will help me take my chakra control to the next level plus being able to heal myself or Taira would be useful hopefully Po won't ever need me to heal him or we might be in trouble. Looks like I don't lose nothing from learning medical Ninjustu it would just be a pain to honestly" Yashin contaplated.
Meanwhile Taira and Po was also in the training ground. Taira was reading up on the 3rd Kazekage and the 4th Kazekage in a corner of the training ground.Ever since Yashin told her that the Kazekages were some of the strongest ninja of their time and probably still are stronger then most ninja today and that they shared the same fighting style as her. Taira thought she can learn something form them. On the other side of the training field, Po was practicing zeus's touch trying to get a better understanding on the unique red lighting that only he posses as far as he knows. While practicing with his red lighting Po lost control over his red lighting accidentally shooting a blot of red lighting towards Taira that she dodged last second, " Hey what's your problem damnit.
"You picking a fight? You wanna die" Asked Taira anger present in her voice. Po let out a small laughter before saying " No it was an accident but its not like you can kill me anyway let alone beat me in a fight" Po said in a teasing tone. " I can prove you wrong zombie freak" Taira shot back venom in her words. Hearing this Yashin came over with a smile before speaking " sounds like its my turn to make sure you idiots don't kill each other. Hope both of you are ready cause go" said Yashin. Po immediately rush towards Taira trying to close the distance as much as he could. Taira seeing Po rushing her position made 2 giant spikes out her iron sand and launched them like a bullet towards Po. " Where does she get so much sand from?" Po thought. Po dodged the the giant spikes coming his way with a twist and flip threading the needle between each spike only to be met with a kick to face when he hit the ground making him jump back. " time to die zombie freak iron madien" Taira said lifting her hand then closing it into a fist. The iron sand started to encase Po within itself " You severely underestimating me but I should say thanks now I get the chance to show off my own original jutsu. Lighting Style: Zeus's gift" a bright flash of red lighting consumed Po knocking the life out of the iron sand. When the flash died down Taira tried to encase Po in her iron sand again but her iron sand didn't moved "I can't move my iron sand what the hell did that zombie bastard do" thought Taira. Before Po threw a punch sending a lighting bolt towards her that hit next to the ground she was on making it explode and knocking her into the air.
"Looks like its over" Po said cockily " before shooting another bolt of lighting at Taira "don't count me out just yet" Taira said before using the iron sand she had left to make a platform and dodge the in coming lighting landing right infront of Po, "Thank you for your donation " said Po laughter in his voice while grabbing a hold of Taira left hand not giving her a chance to recover
" I have to do something before the last of my chakra is absorbed" thought Taira. Thinking quickly she used the iron sand she had left to from a small scythe in her right hand and swung her scythe towards Po's arm. Po seeing this pulled her closer and dodge her scythe elbowing her in the face then slamming her head into the ground draining the rest of her chakra " what an evil girl. Trying to cut off my arm like Yashin " said Po while helping Taira up . "Winner Po" said Yashin. " You zombie freak what did you do to my sand how did you cut off my control" Taira questioned furiously " I don't know all I did was use my lighting to break out of it " answered Po rubbing the back of his head with a smile. " It was the the amount and power of electricity he used that ended up destroying your magnetic field you had on your iron sand " Yashin said " what electricity can do that " asked Taira " Yes electricity can destroy a magnetic field and the reverse is true to. I only read on it because I wanted to know more about the power of magnet release but seeing how the relationship between electricity and magnetic fields its true with some time and hellish training our team will have a devastating combination attack but that can come later. Taira first you need to work on you taijustu I suggest sparring with me or Po in purely taijustu more and after your skill in taijustu improves you should work on implementing forming objects with your iron sand making your taijustu a 1000 times more deadly " said Yashin after carefully analyzing Po and Taira fight.
A week past after that with just regular training no real breakthroughs just constant repetition of the same actions until it became muscle memory. As time flew by it was time for their second test. Team 27 were headed towards the briefing grounds as they were instructed by a sound chunin. As they were walking Taira asked a question " Do ether of you ever think about why we are still alive if we can't be host for Lord Orochimaru? If we are considered defects? Why wouldn't he just kill us ?" Silence filled the air after she was done speaking for a couple minutes until Yashin answered displaying his terrifying intellect
" I assume we initially were all candidates to be that snake bastard's next host but as time went on and phased out the ones more promising to be selected. The one's labeled defective would have been a huge waste of resources just to kill. That snake leech probably thought it would be better to train us to be apart of an elite force or hidden trump cards for whatever he has planning. Of the information I uncovered or just fell in my lap cause of those talkative wacky scientist the snake bastard left the leaf after losing the Hokage seat to the current 4th Hokage and his human experiments being exposed. So with all the facts presented he must have created his own village finished his human experimenting and his planning to shake up the world in the coming 5 to 6 years. That cunning snake might even be aiming to ether become a great power that the other 5 great villages must see as an equal or the snake might just destroy one of the 5 great villages and take its place. Even though personally that rotten snake better hope I die before I get strong enough or he will die by my hands but looking at things on a grander scale without a doubt Lord Orochimaru is a brilliant mind that is and mad genius but a genius none the less." Silence once again filled the air not knowing what to do with the information just bestowed upon them Po and Taira just decided to stay quiet and until their mind fully digested what was said.
After a couple more minutes of silence they finally made it to the briefing room. When team 27 walked in what grab their attention and off set them was that the room they had just enter looked like a room you would come to face judgement then receive a mission. There was a platform where teams were supposed to stand to receive missions and around that there were 7 raised pedestal seats with the 7 cardinal sin engraved in each. The pedestal seats were all looking down on the platform below. Then as if they appeared out of thin air all 7 seats were filled by the corresponding member of the symphony 7 each was shrouded in darkness making the 7 figures hard to depict them. " Team 27 your mission is to exterminate a bandit group by the name of the Red Qulin their leader name is Razio and he commands a force that numbers about 500 elite men. Razio is expected to be Jonin level and the most dangerous in the group. His skills set comprises of a decent level of kenjustu and water style Ninjustu Lord Orochimaru wants him dead within a year and a half time. This is still a test however so other teams will be dispatch with the same mission if your team fails to bring Raizo's head your punishment will be to battle with 1000 beast. Dismissed." Said a deep voice almost sounding like a bestial Roar.
" The power these people are emitting is a little bit suffocating. To have the ability to control the atmosphere like them or even better than they ever could I wonder how much stronger I have to become until I'm able to achieve that. But that aside the mission that we have been given has presented me with an opportunity that I will obtain and make mine." Yashin thought
