Golden Lion King's eyes flickered as he quietly lowered his massive head, silently resolving not to be a stubborn beastfolk any longer.
"Don't kill us, please!!"
The once-bold and brash tough guy from the Red Rose Brigade, now terrified out of his wits, knelt on the ground, his pants soaked with urine as he begged for mercy.
"Don't kill me! I beg you, I didn't do anything!"
"Help! Somebody, help!"
"…"
All the members of the Red Rose Brigade were on their knees, weeping and wailing in terror.
Alan looked at these crying men with an unflinching gaze, his eyes devoid of any emotion.
Suddenly, he turned to the Golden Lion King, who was shrinking away to one side. With a slight smile, Alan asked softly, "Are you hungry?"
Golden Lion King, initially startled by the question, quickly realized the implication and eagerly nodded.
"Hungry!" he responded promptly.
"Then go ahead," Alan nodded in approval.
