On a river in the middle of an unknown forest, there was a large black boat. People dressed in black were running from one side to the other, some talking and others cultivating silence.
In a luxurious room, two people were sitting and drinking tea while chatting.
"Deacon, when will we arrive?" asked a young man who looked to be in his early twenties and was wearing a purple outfit as he spoke to a man sitting in front of him.
"Soon, young master, we will be close to the Demon Horn Sect." A middle-aged man with scars on his face spoke.
"Soon, when? We've been on this boat for a week now; the sect test starts in two days; if we're late, you might forget about getting back to your family." Expressed the young man's anger angrily.
'I can't wait to see your face when you fail the test. With your poor talent, you don't even know if you'll make it out alive, and you still think you can pass a demon sect's exam. Those bastards gave me the ridiculous task of taking care of this useless young master.'
The deacon thought irritably, but his face remained with the same expression, and so he responded.
"We will arrive early tomorrow in case nothing happens."
While the two were talking in the room, a boy who was standing near the edge of the river boat shouted.
"There is something in the water in front of the boat"
"Where?" Someone asked as a few people who weren't doing anything stood up to look.
"Right there." The boy pointed to something that was floating.
"We're getting closer to that thing, what is it?" Doubt arose in the minds of people looking at the river.
"Maybe it's just a tree trunk, why are you making such a fuss about it?" Said an older man.
As the boat approached, they saw what the floating object was.
"It's a person's body, stop the boat," said the boy who shouted over the floating object.
"It's just a corpse, so stop wasting time, the young master will be angry," said the older man.
But the boat had already stopped, so they saw a body face down.
"Pull him into the boat," someone said, and then they took a net and pulled the body into the boat.
At that moment, a door opened, and the deacon and the young man in purple clothes came out.
"Why the hell are we standing still?" He asked irritably.
"Young master, we found a body in the river, we think it might contain something useful," one person replied.
"Where is the body?" The young master asked and walked over, while the people on the boat gave him space to walk closer to the body.
"Turn over his body and see if he is still breathing, and take anything useful he has," said the young man.
Then two people went to turn the body over, and when they finished turning it over, the eyes of the one they thought was dead opened.
The two people saw those strange body eyes opening and felt a horrible pressure, and then they fainted and fell to the ground with a thud.
