I saw the world that was my world.
I saw the flowers, and they were you.
I saw the butterflies, and they represented nature.
Then I saw a figure lying on a hospital bed, looking miserable.
"Coma?" I thought, shocked to realize that it was me on the bed. The reality of my situation hit me hard. I began questioning everything: Was the ring lady real? Was heaven real? Was the gunshot real?
I touched my head, finding no wound.
I touched my face, feeling nothing amiss.
A doctor entered the room.
"Eat something, and let's wait for four days until you're refreshed, okay?" he said.
"Okay," I replied.
A nurse arrived with my parents and handed me a drink. As soon as I took a sip of the milkshake, my head began to spin. It felt like everyone around me was watching intently. I tried to drink more, but just as I was about to take another sip, the door burst open.
"Wait! Don't drink that milkshake—it's poisonous!" a mysterious man shouted. He was wearing the same outfit as before.
"What?!" I exclaimed, bewildered.
In my confusion, I spat out the milkshake. I felt dizzy and disoriented as my head spun uncontrollably. The mysterious man quickly pulled me out of the hospital. A second man followed us closely. Was this reality or just another dream? The confusion was overwhelming, and I soon fainted, slipping into a deep sleep.
One month later...
"There's a girl lying near the beach!" someone exclaimed.
"Her body is bleeding, and her hand has a huge wound," another person added.
"Did someone attack her?" they wondered aloud.
They carefully picked up the unconscious girl. Her creepy wound was bleeding profusely, as if it had been inflicted recently.
A loud noise echoed through the area.
In response to the noise, a shadowy figure grabbed the injured woman. The situation was shrouded in mystery as the figure disappeared into the darkness, leaving only the chilling sound of their departure behind.
