Athan then proceeded to try circulating the Aether in his cells, and he felt more energetic as his cells were like voracious whales that started absorbing the Aether in his surroundings, putting the area around his body in tumult.
The fatigue in his joints washed away, as his fingers could be seen moving, he tried to stand up but couldn't, he then released a sigh.
As the Aether kept circulating in his body, he started noticing that the Aether was taking a specific route, as it washed his cells, the Aether no longer just went through his body cells, but instead nourished them.
The Aether around him was getting depleted at a rapid rate, as his cells increased their devouring speed, the Aether in his surroundings kept being pulled into the whirlpool above his body.
Mark stood at a distance observing the spectacle, as the torrents brought by Athan's rapid ingestion of Aether seemed inconsiderable.
Athan could feel the strength in his body returning, but with that came a tidal wave of pain that spread throughout his whole body, he gritted his teeth with the little strength he regained, trying to suppress a scream.
His vision blurred, blood oozing out of his pores, as his mind was being obscured due to the severity of the situation.
He rolled on the floor, while still suppressing a scream, he then observed his body through his senses, he noticed the state of his body and was horrified, the pain became unbearable, as his bones were grinded to dust, his flesh was turned to paste while his glzed cells were deconstructing, his heart stopped beating, as his thoughts were slowed down.
He thought of giving up as his cells kept being deconstructed, his clarity waning as he seemed at the doors of death, but although the pain he went through, there were no grievances in his heart.
His body now a deformed pile of flesh started being reconstructed, from his cells his body was being rejuvenated.
The Aether passed through his glazed cells, it's hardened structure dissolving, as his cells returned to their previous states, but they were totally different as they seemed to be transparent.
His bones were also being reformed but instead of the normal texture and color, his bones seemed to be a duplicate of the cosmos, the deformed flesh was being reshaped, as it wrapped around his skeleton, the flesh was used as muscles and internal organs.
His body nearly reformed, before his skin covered up the visage and he reverted back to his previous state.
Athan took in a deep breath with his newly reformed lungs, before opening his eyes his gaze calm, but the experience could be seen to have caused some turbulent waves.
He lifted his upper body from the ground which was covered in his blood, before proceeding to stare at Mark.
He diverted his attention from Mark to his body as he could feel the Aether brimming in his cells, his body surging with newfound power caused a smile to appear on his face, he gazed around his surroundings, before noticing a small screen at the edges of his gaze, as he focused on the small screen, it expanded as the screen covered his sight.
He proceeded to ask Mark about it, to which Mark's only response was a smile, which irritated him a little bit.
As he observed the screen, he noticed that when his focus was diverted from it, or he no longer thought of looking at it, it would recede back to the corners of his gaze.
After experimenting with the screen he then proceeded to look at what was written on it, it was written in the ancient language of laxarria, so he easily understood it's contents.

"What's this." he blurted out in surprise.
"It's the [Status page], a power given by the [system] to [awakened] and [synchrons]." Mark replied while still leaning on the tree.
Athan was filled with complicated emotions as he heard Mark's voice, Mark's nonchalant attitude was irritating him, he nearly died but Mark didn't leave his position, he just watched him while he was in agony without doing anything.
Before Athan could voice out any words, a bowl with a lid appeared, floating in front of him.
"Open it." he heard, he hesitated before using his hands to remove the lid, as the lid came off steam could be seen being released, Athan's gaze was directed inside the pot, as his nose was delighting in a blissful aroma.
Meat could be seen in the bowl, it was garnished with leaves, as from its texture the meat could be seen to have been well cooked, the spreading aroma of the dish caused howls and roars to echo in the forest.
"Am sorry, for not telling you about what would happen if you absorbed Aether into your body, after the glazed cell formation." Mark said in an apologetic tone, as he came closer to Athan before sitting on the ground.
He then pointed to the bowl before saying "Eat up, you're body is still in a state of deprivation and hunger" Athan wanted to refuse but his stomach protested against his attempts wit a low rumble.
He then wrapped his hands around the bowl, before gently placing it on the floor that was covered in his unique blood. His palms which were covered in blood were then used to pick a piece of meat which he quickly stuffed in his mouth causing his eyes to widen.
*This is delicious." he said while stuffing his mouth with the meat, to which Mark just gazed at him.
"I really did him bad there." Mark thought as he gazed at Athan.
"He doesn't resent me for not telling him about the consequences, he's only confused as to 'why' I didn't tell him." Mark chuckled as he thought this, his heart wrenching in pain as he remembered what Athan went through.
