Well, what can I say because I was left speechless by it's effect, even though it wasn't strong like phoenix blood, dragon internal skill bone or other but for me those things were better not be given to me because they would kill me due to my body being weak and not being able to absorb the energy of those treasures. I just completed my exercises of today and decided to do something different instead of doing the sleep thing to relieve my tiredness. I thought I would be good idea to do meditation .
