Night came, and they rode to the warm spring.
"Wow, look at those fireflies," she marveled.
He helped her down from the horse, and they walked up to the calm lake down the spring.
She dipped her hand into the water, and the flow ran past it. The warm water made her excitement soar once again.
"What are you waiting for? Hop in."
She bit her lips in hesitation, and he raised his eyebrows. It was dark already, but he could see every feature of her body.
"What is that? We're the only ones here."
'Yes, they are the only ones here, and he is her mate, there's no need to be shy,' she thought to herself.
"Okay," she whispered. Heat rose to her cheeks as she walked forward.
She turned back and clasped her hands together this time. "Can you just please close your eyes till I get into the water?"
