Fedrick williams knew they were coming for him. They would come and his men underground, beneath the building where they occupied were busy moving around, getting armed.
Preparing their escape from where they were.
He'd requested for back up from kelly. His men who had been turned into vampires.
They were still loyal to him even tho they had power beyond what had imagined.
Thirthy of them were with him.
He was playing it safe now.
His last attack was a failure and it was due to the hunters of the gland family.
They were ruthless. Deadly.
Even the likes of vampires were noting to them.
He sat on his chair, wondering if he would be successful with his goals.
As far he was in the city, he was not safe. His organization too.
West pov.
I opened my eyes only to feel a sharp pain in my chest.
My hands were tied up with chains,against the chair i sat on.
My legs too. I looked at my chest to see two wooden stake in my chest.
I was bleeding.
I couldnt breath well beacuse of the pain.
I recognized the house i was in.
It was the same wooden house lorenzo had brought me to.
Inside the building was dark.
I could see the woods outside from where i was.
Cecilia had brought me here and from the looks of it, she planned on draining me of my blood.
I was struggling but it was in vain. The chains held on to my body.
"Damn." I whispered.
Some was wrong, she couldnt have done this without a motive.
One i had no idea of.
I needed blood else i would starve to death.
I was careless. I could have avioded this but here i was.
Trapped.
I was starting to lose conciousness again when i heard footsteps on the front porch and the door opened.
The lights in the building came on and this affected my eyes.
I closed them but then opened it to see cecilia walking towards me with a wooden stake in hand.
"No one is coming to save you vampire." She said.
"Why are you doing this?i asked.
She bent down close to me and stabbed the wooden stake into my stomach. Blood came out of my moutg as the weapon went in.
"Shut up." She yelled.
"My family are dead because of you."
She stood up and began to walk toward the door.
"Just bleed to death."
The lights went off and the door closed. I was left back in darkness. My eyes began to close and my body lost its strength.
By the time i woke up again, i was almost out of blood and starving.
They was blood on the floor, my clothes and also on my neck.
My head was facing the ground, bent down and the chains still held on tight to my body.
There was no escaping this, the three wooden stakes were still in my chest.
I was breathing slowly while also burning out.
I didn't have a way to get through to nicole or austin and clever.
How long had it been?
I looked around, the surrounding was dark, same with the building.
But then, a half moon was in the sky.
I had given up hope when i started hearing the sound of a bike engine.
It moved closer toward the building direction.
The bikes front light shone upon the building and it reflected into the house, through the windows.
The engine stopped as the bike parked in the front yard and the bikes light went off.
I listened as the footsteps climbed up the stairs and the door opened.
Seconds passed by until the light came on. Standing there was lorenzo. He had a suprised countenance on his face.
I stared at him with pleading eye.
"Help me." I said.
"One of your pack member did this."
He walked toward me and removed the wooden stake from my body.
I yelled in pain as the action was carried out.
"Its cecilia."
"Shes the only one left."
"They are all dead."
"What." I said while trying to catch my breath.
Lorenzo began to break the leg of the chair. I landed on the ground, with the remaning parts of the chair still attached to my body but then he raised me up and brought my hands from my back, past my head.
The chains were still attached to my body.
I could barly stand as he held me. Lorenzo carried me on his left shoulder and began to walk out of the house..
I was thankful. The wooden stake were out of my body and i was out of the building.
I couldn't think clearly. He'd mentioned his pack members were dead and cecilia was the only one left.
What was happening?
He droped me on the motor bike and then entered before adjusting me on his lap.
He started the engine and began to drive away. My head faced the ground as he drove futher from the building.
Something was wrong.
Lorenzo was still in the city. His plans had been interupted and i gussed that cecilia had blamed me for it.
I couldn't think anymore. I had lost a lot of blood already.
The back up hunters of the gland family from legion had arrived. It was a town and five of the gland family members were with them. A number of fifty five men.
They were on their way to unit 5. The military zone where shepard and his remaning team where holded up at.
He'd left the mayor mansion after finalizing things with his brother, black. Their relatives would be coming and they were all skilled when it came to hunting.
Three black vans stopped at the gate of military unit 5 and it was opened.
The vechiles moved past the open gate and parked at the garage where other vechiles were parked at.
They came down. They were all dressed in black.
The soldiers who were around saluted.
"Chief commander malik."
"Wellcome sir."
The man was a black man with no hair on his head and he had a long briefcase on his left hand.
"Its good to know you still get respect around here." Said chole gland, who had a chain saw hanged around her neck.
"So this is it huh?said amon, to chole who had wavy hair and white skin.
Amon was a priest and a hunter. A gland and he was white like chole. Having two sword on his back.
The last was veaper, he had a pistol in his waist belt and his left eye was spoilt. Damaged.
He was black, like malik.
They were all distant cousins but related to shepard and black. The group of hunters began to walk toward the military building which was straight ahead.
Made of block and steel roofs, then pillars and gates. They were cameras and machine guns in the compund.
Baricades with roofs to cover the men who acted as watch guard.
Shepard was waiting for them at the stairs which led into the building. He was sitting down and smiling at them.
"Wellcome, all of you."
"Thank you for making it."
"We wouldn't miss a call for noting." Said malik as he climbed up the stairs.
"Especially when witches are involved."
They all started going into the building.
"Lets get this mission started shepard." Said amon.
"We aint gat all day."
Shepard stood up and started following them.
Nicole was tired of worrying about west. It was clear that he couldn't protect himself in this city.
He was weak and not prepared. It was dangerous in this city, especially with the lockdown. She'd called austin and clever with tears in her eyes.
They had showed up almost immediatly.
She'd done her locating spell again, on him and they had traced him to the same building in the woods and there, they found blood on the wooden floor.
Broken chair.
Who ever kidnapped him had totured him. She was sure it was the wolves..
The same person he'd involved himself with when he had no memories.
Nicole looked at the map to see his new location. It was at dirty allen. In a motel.
Austin drove the car which he'd stolen and they were heading toward the motel to retrive their brother.
She was prepared for anything that would stand in her way.
I awoke on a bed to see the injuires on my chest already healed. A celling fan was turning slowly and they was a yellow light on the left wall.
Lorenzo was sitting on a chair, close to the bed and he was staring at me.
I noticed the chains had been removed from my body and i was free.
"What happened to my pack?
He asked with a secrious tone.
I sat up on the bed with a severe headache.
"I dont know." I said, holding on to my head with my right hand.
"Whats going on?
"They all died expect cecilia."
"She wants you dead."
"I didnt do it."
"I know and thats why you are still alive."
The door suddenly opened and cecilia walked in. Her face turned into a frown upon seeing me.
"How the hell."
She'd yet to finnish when lorenzo stood up from his chair.
"I didnt order you to touch him."
"Who cares."
"He caused everything and deserves to die."
"No, he doesn't."
"They were killed by hunters."
She smiled but then it disappeared.
"How did the hunters find us?
"Its easy, look." He paused and nodded.
"Whats done is done cecilia."
"Dont blame it on him, blame it on me."
"I suppose you should die in his place."
"No, the hunters will."
"And whos gonna kill them, me and you."
She shook her head in disagreement.
"We are done."
"Lorenzo."
"You dont have a pack anymore, its just you and your vampire."
She said.
"Cecilia." He called but she was already gone in a matter of second.
I stood up from the bed, not knowing what say. I didnt want to die for something i didn't do.
"What are you gonna do?
"I plan on killing them all."
"You cant do that by yourself, the hunters are powerful."
"You are without a pack."
"Its none of your business now."
"You should leave."
"Am not,i cant."
He suddenly hurried to where i was and held my throat with his left hand which claws had come out.
It pressed upon my neck and i was starting to feel pain.
"Dont make me regret not killing you."
The door opened again and before i knew it, lorenzo was pushed backwards and he landed roughly on the cuboard.
It broke and gave way for him. he lay inside.
Austin was standing next to me with veins beneath his eye. His eye had gone black too.
"Get out of here."said austin.
Lorenzo quickly stood up in a flash and then he delivered a punch toward austin but then he quickly held his shoulder and threw him back into the broken cuboard with quite the force. A fast reflex.
Austin was yet to move when lorenzo stood up again, breaking a peice of the wood and then going to attack when he stoped halfway and the weapon fell from his hand.
He placed both hands on his head and knelt down, holding in the pain.
Nicole walked into the room, her left hand had turned into a fist.
Her face was mean as she stared at lorenzo. Who was starting to bleed from the nose and eye.
"Nicole, stop it." I yelled and went to hold her hand but then lorenzo stood up and ran out through the door.
A loud scream came from outside and i quickly went out through the door to see lorenzo on his knees.
Clever had stabbed him with a silver dagger and he had a profound look of anger on his countenence.
"Have got him now, dont worry." He said and held him his neck.
"Clever, leave him alone." I said.
"Stay back little brother, this here is a dangerous animal."
"It deserves to die."
Lorenzo stood stood up and held his throat upon coming to hos height and then he threw him off the passage which was on high, in the building.
Clever landed on top of a vechile below.
We shared a look before he disappeared.
Nicole came out from the house and stared at clever, who was on his feet.
"How is he still alive? He yelled.
"Dont ever interupt me west."
"You should be greatful i care to save your life."
"He rescused me." I said.
"No, hes dangerous and should be killed."
Military vans began to move toward the motel compound which was awefully quiet.
Austin came out and held nicole.
"Meet us at home." He said before running away with nicole.
I looked down and clever was also gone.
I joined them in running. Soon, i arrived at my front porch, in the mansion which door was open.
"Get in and shut the door." Yelled austin.
I went in and shut the door.
He suddenly slammed me against the door, with full speed and held my chest with one hand.
"You do not go against your family again."
"You hear me."
I pushed him backwards and stepped forward but he came again. Repeating the same action, forcefully this time.
His hands pressed me against the door.
"Its enough."Yelled nicole.
Austin let go and began to walk toward the couch in the living room.
Clever was having a drink at the bar,which was also in the living room.
"We have enemies in this city west, you cant trust a random stranger beacuse he saved you."
"His pack got killed by hunters."
"Its none of your business."
"From now on,you dont leave this house."
She said and went over to the bar and clever turned a drink for her.
They were all staring at me and i was annoyed. One thing was sure now, lorenzo no longer trusted me and i was still indebted to him. His pack was dead and it was all my fault.
My sister and brothers had put me on house arrest.
I shook my head and took the left passage, which lef futher from the living room.
Things had gone out of hand so quickly.
The underground system was well known and wide but seprated.
There was a lot of sights to check out and they had already been maped out in the map and each team of hunters had been assigned to different locations.
The plan was to kill the congress man who was in hiding.
Four teams, each consisting of 10 members were assigned to west avenue, 21st avenue and dirty allen.
While the remaning four was to check avenue block, east coast block.
Amon and shepard team took this direction, while the others went their seprate locations.
Fedrick was in the whare house which had an underground system beneath.
His twenty men who were vampires were guarding him.
They looked like robots. Only taking command from him and this was due to kellys spell on them.
The mayor had gotten information on the helicopter landing inside the whare house, after the 33th road and it was given by detective sam who had eyes everywhere.
Malik was on the roof top of a sky scrapper where he could clearly see the building.
Inside was empty and there was no sign of helicopter inside. This checked with sams information about an underground system in the building.
Amon and his team had already gone under, through the 33th road and it was to be checked by the men, meanwhile shepard was going through the front door and they would be finding an entrance and securing it altogether.
Amon and his team engaged in fire with some of the mafia men who came in contact with them, exchanging fire as they struggled to hold and keep them from advancing.
Amon and his team kept moving forward, with him taking the lead with his two sword which cut the men down.
Shepard had secured the building and it was indeed blocked empty.
The holes which led to the under ground and even the locked space where the h spot of an helicopter was located at.
Shepard tried hitting it with his legs but the steel wouldnt give way.
"Amon, come in."
"We encountered men within the underground."
"Whats your status?
"The entrance through the building is locked."
"Hold up, I'll get it open."
"Wont you need assistance?asked shepard.
"Have got my men." He Replied and went off.
Shepard hit the steel with his right leg, in frustration.
"Damn it."
Amon and his team made of ten had passed the first hold up, beneath the 33th road and was now at the main underground section where buildings were on top, instead of a road.
This side was huge, filled with passages which had lots of white light.
It was quiet but as soon as they came out from the first passage, there was 10 men waiting for them. All having dark eyes and fangs among their teeths.
"Fire." Amon yelled and the men charged towards them in full speed.
It was the perfect number cause everyone had a partner to engage with.
Amon was kicked on his chest, by a built man and this sent him flying backwards a few feet and landing roughly on the hard concrete.
The man came on top of him as soon as he landed and began to choke him with both hands.
The others were shooting but they were tossed to and fro by the vampires who didnt seem to be as slow as the hunters.
Amon gained a hold of his sword and stabbed the man with his right hand. In the neck.
The man gasped and his eyes widen in shock. His hold on amon had lossen and he used the chance in stabbing the man on his neck, with the other sword. Blood oozed out from his neck and he used both hands to try and support the blood from pouring out but then amon slit his neck.
Amon pushed the man from his body and stood up with his two sword in hand.
His fellow hunters were struggling to fight. The vampires were either feeding on them or throwing them to and fro in the area they were at.
Amon went close to one of the vampires who was feeding on a hunter and he cut his head off from his neck with a clean swing.
He held on to the man who was bleeding.
Another vampire came from behind but the man shot at him but then he dodged them upon advancing toward them.
With a quick turn, amon swinged his sword which was in his right hand, to the left and the vampires head came off from his neck.
His body fell to the ground and his head rolled sideway, leaving a trace of blood on its path.
They were five vampires left, with three hunters, including amon.
The five men were healing from the hits they had received and their dark eyes which had veins benath and their fangs appeared.
Amon held onto his two sword while the two hunters raised their gun up, anticipating their enemies next move.
Shepard had no clue what to do. He was tired of standing and doing noting. He wasn't going to wait around and do noting.
He didn't know what was within those grounds and that was tormentive enough. Not being in action was way worse.
"Hey, ghost."
"Blow this place up."
Ghost walked toward the steel covering of the h spot which had bern locked and planted a bomb on it and all of them stepped back before ghost pressed the button in the device in his hand and the explusion sound sounded.
Boom!
Followed by the heavy steel covering which also gave wat into two. It was destoryed.
Shepard walked toward the h spot to find out it was open and a large empty room where an helicopter was could be seen.
Shepard jumped down and landed on his feet. The others did the same, all together. Landing on the ground.
Shepard was already walking toward one of the doors which led out of the room.
He held on to his gun as he got closer.
Different passages were everywhere, all having doors.
He was looking around, to see if any one was around.
There were none. He looked back to see his men.
He looked at the helicopter once again before walking out of the room.
His men followed behind and he took the straight passage which led forward.
"Malik, hows it looking from your position?
"Its good but no one has been sighted coming out."
"Remember to tell me if you see any one come out."
"I remember."
He said.
Shepard planned on searching for amon, who had gone in through the 33th road. The holes which led to the underground.
The road was less busy and it was free from moving vechiles.
He had not heard from amom for a while now and he was worried.
Shepard sensed it first before it actually clicked in his brain. They were people behind, before he could turn around. One of his men behind had been taken away and dragged into one of the rooms.
His screaming was heard, followed by gun firing.
Shepard saw men who appeared to be a vampires and these had started to pounce on the hunters who fought fearlessly.
Ghost was with his sword and a pistol.
He'd used the sword to cut one of the men but he held it with his hand and then received a punch which took him off his feet but the man held him back and threw him against a wall.
It was becoming a feast as the vampires drank the blood of the hunters who had been beaten down. Ghost shot at the man and it hit his face mutiple times and he quickly rolled over, picked his sword and stood up before cutting his head off from his neck.
Without thinking, he swinged at the other man who came at him.
His head fell off from his body.
Ghost appeared to be injured. He fell on his knees, holding on to his stomach.
His sword was on the ground, next to him. A vampire was ahead, before he could attack.
Shepard began to shoot at him with bullets made of wood. The man did a zig zag spin and appeared in front of shepard but then another hunter from behind removed his head from his neck with ghost sword. The blood splashed and spread all over shepard face and body.
The headless man fell to the ground.
Only three hunters remained.
These were dead bodies everywhere, including that of the hunters.
They was still no sign of fedrick. Shepard turned around quickly when he noticed some one walk into the passage, holding a sword in one hand and the other was used in supporting his injured rib.
It was amon. He was bleeding from his mouth.
"Amon." Said shepard as he ran toward him.
"The others are dead." He said and sat on the ground.close to the wall in the passage.
"Where is the target?asked amon.
Shepard glanced around, depressed and pressured. This battle had reduced their numbers yet the mission was unsuccessful.
"I dont know." He replied.
"He is no where to be found."
