You would think that after all that Kaia has done he would become the number 1 in Julian's heart but that was far from the truth. After their meeting Kaia took Julian in to stay inside his small apartment. And he gave him a job as his assistant in the bakery. It wasn't until he found out that Julian was indeed a genius that he focused all his attention on him (Julian).
Julian was a gifted child he was developing a software with the laptop that Kaia bought for him. However no company was ready to hear him out afterall he (Julian) was just a kid who only graduated highschool. So it was hard to see him struggle. Kaia took upon himself to put his life on hold and support in any way he can for Julian. After so much effort Kaia finally found some of his friends to help Julian out and after two years a small tech company, MacNo was established . At first it was a rocky start and Kaia took out most of his savings to help with the establishment. But who knew later after 3-4 years it would become one of the biggest leading tech companies in the world worth trillions of money. And that's how they were able to live in the penthouse.
As the company grew, the news started to pick up Julian as the one of the youngest billionaire. And he became a celebrity in the business world. With still being the son of Roger Ardino on paper people were dying to get a chance to be in business with him. Every other company was dying to collab with his company. And Kaia only stayed inside as what you would call a housewife. And as it grew, Julian became more and more unavailable at home.

As usual Kaia woke up early to make breakfast. Breakfast time was his most happiest moment because Julian would sometimes eat with him together. Before they were rich, he (Julian) would eat everything that Kaia made but later there was no time at home for Julian. And Kaia as as he was accepted it.
But it wasn't all bad, Kaia would make lunch everyday and deliver it to the company's headquarters for Julian. At first he was allowed to go in freely in the CEO's (Julian) office but it was from 3 years ago that he was denied entry by Julian's secretary, Mr. Han, telling him that Julian was too busy. So he could only pass on the lunch box to Mr Han.
As Kaia finished making breakfast he heard the sound of the shower running. He quickly got some fresh towel and keep them aside. After a few minutes the shower stopped and he heard the sound of footsteps making its way towards the dining table. Finally there he was, wearing a white bath rob, water still dripping down his blond hair, looking for something to eat. Kaia blushed as he saw Julian, he always does. He felt he backstabbed himself in his own back because he already made up his mind to not love this guy anymore.
But still Kaia got the fresh towel and went towards Julian and put it over his head drying those golden hair. He (Kaia) was only a few inches shorter than Julian so it wasn't that hard to reach.
"I told you to always get an extra towel for your hair in the bathroom. See the water from your hair is always dripping on the floor."
"Hm ", Julian answered unbothered by what Kaia just said.
And the two ate in silence. At the beginning Kaia talked and talked but noticing that Julian looked annoyed every time he opened his mouth, he kept it shut fearing that he would bother his breakfast.
That evening Kaia went out to meet with his friend, Phil Santiago and his fiance Laila Rodds. He was your typical average looking man who managed to bag a beautiful and smart rich woman, Laila. Kaia will never know how Laila said yes to this friend of his when he asked for marriage.
"Still with him?" Phil asked while they were hanging out in a cafe.
"Phil.." Laila scolded knowing this might be awkward. And it was.
Kaia could only smile because he indeed was still with that man. A moment of silence falls upon them.
"So? Have you given a thought about the audition?" Laila quickly changed the topic.
What audition? You might ask but you see Kaia loved acting, he wanted to become an actor but due to financial and Julian he stopped pursuing and the auditions he did only went to those with money.
Laila was a writer, a well known one at that. One of her book was turning into a movie so she wanted Kaia to audition for a role, the protagonist's brother. Although it was her book, a writer can't be compared to a director who knows how the actor should work. She could only recommend.
"I... Don't know. I'm still thinking" Kaia replied.
"Think fast the audition will be held the day after tomorrow. Kaia i hope you come." Laila replied.
"Hm..."
It was already late at night and he hasn't made dinner. At first he panicked but he met a realisation, why would he make dinner? He already ate. He gained a bit of confidence after meeting with his friends so he took his time going back home.
