The crab fell to the ground dead and after confirming the creature was dead, Lily quickly disabled her trait and collapsed to the ground almost instantly. Colin also collapsed on top of the crab, low on DP and missing a hand, he needed time to rest. After fifteen minutes, the members of the house of weakness entered the city and went towards the dead crab.
"Colin are you.....alright?" Alice asked a bit hesitantly when she saw the state he was in
"Y-yeah, I'm fine. Go check up on Lily." Colin said, but Alice decided to stay by his side
"Paul, can you go on check on Lily?" Alice said and the werewolf quickly complied with her request
"I'm fine, just a little tired, let's head back to the buses and leave this city as quickly as possible, I don't think we are in any condition to fight again. I'm sure your leader doesn't have any problem with that." Lily said as she got to her feet and threw a glare towards Colin
"No objections here." Colin said with a defeated sigh, he could understand that Lily was still mad about him almost blowing her up and putting her in danger like this. He's going to have to find a way to properly apologize later. But before they leave, there was something he needed to do.
"Tsk, I guess I don't have enough space left in my storage ring. Alice, can you try storing this in your storage ring, I'll take it out once we get to M town." Colin said, pointing towards the crab
"Ok, but you'll have to get me something later." Alice said with a smile and placed her hand on the crab. The corpse soon disappeared and it took up almost all of the space in Alice's storage ring. After doing this, Alice helped Colin back to the bus and after a few minutes, they left City F and headed towards City E. During the journey, Colin rested and recovered his demonic energy while his missing hand regenerated itself and Lily slept the entire way, exhausted from activating her trait. Before they reached City E, Colin told them to stop because he didn't want to face the large amount of fire bees that made the city their home. After he and Paul consulted the map he possessed, they found smaller roads that connected the towns and cities without having to go through the cities, but they were longer than the main roads, not to mention more dangerous. Beasts were almost guaranteed to be prowling these roads.
It was decided that they would use these roads to go to City D and pick up the members of the Bartus guild which will take around another day.
**********************************************
As expected, the journey to City D took a day and the journey wasn't smooth. They were attacked several times by beasts and surprisingly a few ghouls. Colin allowed his subordinates to take on these tier 3 creatures under his or Alice's supervision, Lily was still resting, so that they could get some fighting experience and exp. Doing this, Colin was able to get a good understanding of most of their fighting abilities. Being ex soldiers, they were all skilled fighters, but their races and skills also played a part in their overall abilities. The strongest among them were the werewolves, as even without affinities, their physical abilities were superior to every other demon species, almost on par with a true demons. That along with their natural savagery in battle was enough to assure them victory in battle.
Next was Leia, she was still getting accustomed to her new body and it's capabilities, but she seemed to have become quite adept in using her [Space Affinity]. [Space Affinity], based on what Colin had seen, seemed to focus mostly on shifting the space around her in various ways to attack the enemy. These attacks were invisible for the most part, unless he used [Demon Eyes] allowing him to see purple waves that warp the space around her.
Next up were the imps, they were physically strong and their affinity to fire made them extremely deadly, but Colin felt that he should get them weapons. He had fought imps before and they were plenty stronger than his subordinates. That is most likely due to them being demons for years, but he suspected he could close the gap by getting his subordinates weapons.
The spider demons strength lied in their affinities, which mostly consisted of [Web Affinity] and [Thread Affinity], and their [Venom] skill which they used to kill most of their enemies. This poison is excreted through their fangs is pretty strong, considering that it killed most of the beasts they fought, although it proved ineffective against ghouls.
Next up is Melissa whose strength seemed to fluctuate based on her environment. Within a forest, she utilized sneak attacks, using her [Plant Affinity] to control the trees around her to attack. Her physical strength was one of the lowest among Colin's subordinates, but her agility, dexterity and stamina were comparable to an imps.
Lastly, were the Leprechauns and Daimonis whose physical abilities except for agility and dexterity were pretty much none existent. They were slightly stronger than the average human, but their affinities were pretty strong. Each Daimoni had different affinity and they didn't seem to connected in the slightest, unlike the Leprechauns whose abilities seemed to be related to previous materials. Some of them had affinities such as [Gold Affinity], [Diamond Affinity], [Saphire Affinity], etc.
