Colin POV
Morning came quickly and I was currently lying on the ground panting like a dog. I haven't been able to get farther than I had before and the headaches became mind splitting whenever I tried to go past that night. After all the failed attempts at suppressing my aura two things became apparent to me. First is that even if I was able to suppress my aura I wouldn't be able to sustain it, if any at all. The second is that I didn't know much about demonic energy or demons for that matter. The only source of information I had was Synthia but she probably has her own troubles to deal with. I understood human nature after all I was once one and I knew for a fact that they wouldn't want to put themselves in any danger and would rather run away.
So convincing them to fight a horde of wrath demons is going to be very hard. But I'm pretty sure she will convince them and if she doesn't then I may have to offer my services.
Either way I needed to talk to her and learn what I could about demonic energy.
"Alice I'm going to head over to Synthia? Stay here until I get back."
"Like I have a choice." She said with a pout while swinging a cursed longsword. I have acknowledged that the weapons used by the Greater imps were superior to the ones I made so I looted there corpses and took there weapons for myself. I have given Alice one of the longswords and took the other one and stored the axe and bow for reserve.
I flew towards the mansion and I saw a lot of people on the outside of the mansion sitting in a lotus position. That meant that I didn't have to blast the holy barrier to get Synthia's attention this time. What a shame.
"Hey!!" I shouted and all of them looked in my direction. Before I could say anything else a guy walked up towards me but stopped at the edge of the barrier. I also noted that he walked with a limp in his steps.
"What do you want demon?" He asked rudely and I frowned. Now that I looked at him closely, didn't I save this little asshole. If I remember correctly this guy was friends with Kirt and he's the same guy that was threatening to take the bus from Tim and the others.
"I'm....." But before I could finish what I was saying the little bastard interrupted me.
"It doesn't matter what you want just fuck off." He said with a smirk on his face. But instead of getting angry I was actually a bit amused by his behaviour.
"Listen you little shit, I would suggest that you go and get Synthia before I beat the living shit out of you." I said calmly and I was curious what he was going to say next.
"And how are you going to do that. You can't come in here since you're a Demon and I'm not going anywhere so what are you gonna do." He said and I just smiled and ran into the barrier.

I quickly grabbed the guy and ran out of the holy territory before my Life points started going down. The only thing the others who were watching saw was a blur as I went inside and out of the barrier. I also noticed a minor difference but a difference all the same in the second notification. The last time I entered the [Holy Territory] my power was reduced by 50% but now it is reduced by 45% which means that the [Holy Resistance] was working. But now isn't the time to think about that now is the time to punish this little bastard. I threw onto the ground and stood infront of him and smirked.
"What are you gonna do now?" I asked staring him down with red glowing eyes.
"I..I." He stuttered and I could see his eyes darting from the mansion to me. I could tell what he was thinking and it wouldn't work but that didn't stop the idiot from trying. He hot to his feet and tried to run past me to the mansion and as I was about to grab him I had a better idea. I let him ran past me and I could practypically feel his joy but just as he was about to step inside the barrier I grabbed him by the collar and flew into the air. I flew above the barrier and made sure he could see the mansion from this height.
"Do you still want to go into the barrier?" I asked in a sinister voice.
"No,no,no." He screamed and I shook him and I the guy was on the verge of crying when I heard a voice behind me.
"Colin, can you please put that bastard down?"
