Regalus was quick to react and dutifully took away the cup from his wife. "Thank you," she said, turning to face him while still cradling Seven.
She gratefully acknowledged his gesture, but her attention shifted. There, for the first time, she noticed the reddened eyelids of the man after breaking away with him earlier to carry Seven.
Atasha momentarily paused and thought, 'Ugh, really these two fellows. They are always at each other's throats and bicker nonstop over the littlest things but they just act the same.'
