The young waiter downstairs was still very enthusiastic toward Nan Feng, "Lady, are you awake? Would you like something to eat?"
"What do you have?" Nan Feng asked as usual.
"We only have steamed buns and plain congee. Please take a seat, Lady. I'll go get it for you," the waiter said before heading to the kitchen.
But Nan Feng faced a dilemma again. She didn't know if that group from yesterday didn't sleep or what, but now they had occupied all the tables as usual, merely switching from last night's dinner to this morning's breakfast.
So Nan Feng had no place to sit.
The man who led the group last night beckoned Nan Feng over, "Little lady, come, sit here."
Nan Feng smiled, "No need, thank you."
"Lady, where are you heading alone? To meet a lover or running away from a marriage?" the leader asked again.
Nan Feng smiled without answering; just then, the young waiter came out again. He looked at Nan Feng, "Come on, Lady, try the breakfast I've made."
