She sat at the dining table, waiting continuously until after ten at night. Nan Sichen hadn't returned yet; Qin Yin stared at the standing clock the entire time.
Every now and then, the servants would try to convince Qin Yin, "Madam, why don't you eat first? Maybe Master Nan has already had dinner outside."
