She chuckles and looks at Nan Sichen, her eyes sparkling like ice crystals; even Nan Sichen felt a little discomfort under her gaze.
"What are you looking at?" Nan Sichen asked nonchalantly, lowering his gaze slightly.
"Though a part of it has been disrupted, I can still make out a pattern. These dishes form letters and when combined, they make a word," Qin Yin tilted her head and looked at the food, and then enunciated an English word, "Love."
Suddenly, she remembered the question Mu Jinxi once asked, 'Does Nan Sichen love you?'.
She lifted her gaze towards Nan Sichen and asked: "Nan Sichen, do you love me?"
Nan Sichen never expected Qin Yin to be so forthright. He glanced at her and bit his lip, then calmly picked up a napkin and wiped his mouth, "Let's go back after having our fill."
However, Qin Yin grinned and replied: "Nan Sichen, if you love me, just say it. Why bother with all these games? The arrangement of these dishes, I'll take it as your confession to me."
