Qin Yin seemed to sense his gaze, looking back at him, only to see him propping his head up lazily with his hand. His handsome brows and eyes were radiating an icy aura that was so intimidating it was hard to meet his gaze. Although he didn't utter a word, his presence was suffocating.
Qin Yin quickly shifted her gaze back and continued to look at Shun Yao who seemed to be immersed in her own thoughts. Shun Yao vigorously shook her head and said, "No, it's not just for the 'Heart' Studio. It's for my son."
At this point, she covered her face with her hands, and tears trickled down between her fingers.
Qin Yin seemed to understand what she meant, frowned, and asked, "Is she threatening you with your son?"
Shun Yao nodded, "During the divorce, custody of our son went to him. I haven't seen my son for a long time, but I miss him so much. She said if I didn't help her prop up the 'Heart' Studio, I wouldn't ever see my son again."
