The dormitory phone rang once again. Under normal circumstances, the calls were usually for Jiang Mei. However, the phone was right next to Liu Ruoju. Her computer was truly broken this time and she had no games to play. In her boredom, she picked up the phone. As expected, the call was for Jiang Mei, but it wasn't her boyfriend, Li Hui. Instead, it was a woman's voice, speaking perfect Mandarin.
"Hello, is Miss Jiang there?"
Liu Ruoju blinked, asking, "Who are you looking for?"
"Is Miss Jiang Mei there?" The woman on the other end of the phone repeated patiently.
Only then did Liu Ruoju laugh, saying, "You're looking for Jiang Mei? She's here, hold on a moment."
She handed the phone to Jiang Mei, who looked at her curiously. If it was Li Hui, Liu Ruoju wouldn't have spoken that way. Therefore, she warily greeted the caller, "Hello?"
The voice on the other end of the line confirmed again, "Is this Miss Jiang Mei?"
"Yes, it's me. Who's this?"
