Nan Sichen didn't speak but then, in a low voice, he said, "Pour the drink."
Qin Yin sat there in a daze, not moving.
"To accompany me, of course, you should pour my drink," Nan Sichen whispered in her ear.
Qin Yin turned her head and glared at him, "I'm certainly not a drinking companion girl."
She used all her strength to pry his hand open, wriggled out of his embrace, and sat down beside him on the sofa.
It seemed like the others had returned to the atmosphere from before, all chatting, drinking, and playing, but something still felt strange because Che Xi had been silent the whole time, not moving. Her distant cousin kept calling her, but she appeared not to hear, fixating on Qin Yin with a resentful gaze.
And everyone else was extremely curious about the relationship between Nan Sichen and Qin Yin, so though they seemed to be drinking, they were actually keeping an eye on the two of them.
