You've been talking for a long time, yet you can't make heads or tails of it, Nan Sichen seems to be in a better mood, he looks at Qin Yin through the rearview mirror, the curve of his lips widening a bit more.
People often say that those who rarely smile tend to have especially good looks when they do smile, Nan Sichen probably falls into that category. He always keeps a straight face, so now that he suddenly smiles, Qin Yin almost forgets what she was going to say.
The car abruptly stops. Caught off guard, Qin Yin jolts and falls into Nan Sichen's arms.
Nan Sichen looks down at Qin Yin in his arms, his hand caresses her back, they're extremely close, their breaths intermingling.
His voice is in her ear, deep yet clear.
"I what?" he asks.
Qin Yin's face reddens even more, as she clumsily gets up out from his arms, shouting angrily: "Nan Sichen, I told you, I didn't poison the medicine last time, I want to get out of the car."
