Nan Sichen fiercely pulled her into his arms, as if trying to mold her into his body, with such force.
"Hiss." Qin Yin groaned in pain, Nan Sichen was startled, quickly supporting her shoulders, looking down to see that her wound was bleeding again, torn open by his movement.
"I'll go call the doctor." Nan Sichen nervously turned to leave the ward.
Qin Yin tugged at him, shaking her head, "It's alright, I just need to rest a bit."
She felt extremely exhausted, laying on the bed, and closing her eyes.
Just as she closed her eyes, she abruptly opened them again, sitting up from the bed, she asked, "Where is my uncle?"
She grabbed Nan Sichen's hand, anxiously saying, "My uncle also drank that water at the time, how is he? Nan Sichen, can you help me find my uncle?"
Nan Sichen supported her, guiding her back to a reclining position, he said, "Rest assured, he's fine, I found him last night."
