Alex was sitting on the throne while watching the cultist perform the ritual in front of him, bringing Silas body to a type of altar. The ritual was not fast, so Alex had enough time to message his friends and make them relax a little bit.
Shadowborn: I am discovering things here, don't worry.
It was hard to explain that Silas was dying because of a disease but the cult he was part of stabbed him to death to use his body in a type of ritual. That was too creepy for his friends to understand it, and Alex had no idea how he would explain that to them.
'Let's think about that in the future,' Alex thought.
The ritual consisted of some strange words spoken by the cultists, something from another language, one that Alex did not understand. Not all cultists spoke the words, though. It was only the cultist leader and the other high ranking members of the cult. Philip was among them.
