They entered the dark and damp tunnels, navigating through a labyrinth. However, having used the tunnels so many times, they were more than familiar with them. Along the way, they encountered Mikkel, who was inside his makeshift room.
"Mikkel, long time no see!" Alex greeted.
"Shadowborn. Any news? I'm starting to worry about the church, and I think in the future, we might have to leave this city. The numbers of church fighters are increasing rapidly," Mikkel expressed his concerns.
Alex could imagine that it was indeed happening. With the church hiring players for their rankings, the trend was only to increase as new players began their journeys in Eternal Realms every day.
"Take it easy, Mikkel. We still have that little issue, remember? And look, we got a hidden mansion outside the city. Want to check it out later? You can live there with us."
