Aston entered a deep sleep.
Fortunately, everyone's tolerance for alcohol was good, and there was no vomiting; otherwise, Aston would have had to stay up all night.
The next morning, Aston was woken up by Hestia's prank. The strange sensation on his nose uncontrollably made him sneeze loudly. He opened his eyes to see Hestia sitting on his waist, holding a foxtail grass, and grinning.
"Wake up, Aston."
"Ah, I'm awake." Aston sat up, rubbing the back of his head, yawned, and replied.
Glancing around, Aston saw Eina and Airel bustling in the kitchen, seemingly preparing breakfast. Seeing this, he immediately lifted Hestia off him, placed her on the sofa, and headed to the bathroom to start freshening up.
Hestia, evidently not expecting Aston to react this way, was taken aback when he placed her on the sofa. Once she regained her senses, a look of annoyance crossed her face.
"Aston, you're treating me like a child again."
"Huh? What did you say?" Aston, who was brushing his teeth, didn't hear her clearly and turned his head curiously to ask.
Seeing Aston with his mouth full of foam, Hestia paused.
"What's that?" Hestia trotted over to Aston and asked, looking at him curiously.
"Ah, this? This is toothpaste and a toothbrush, used for cleaning. Do you want to try?" Aston glanced at the modern toothbrush in his hand and replied.
He had purchased it from the mall the previous morning.
It was the only item from yesterday's Shop refresh that Aston found useful – a hygiene kit for 1 shop point, which he bought without hesitation.
It included a toothbrush and toothpaste.
Honestly, Aston found the hygiene products in Orario acceptable, but he was really uncomfortable with their toothbrushes. Before his awakening, it wasn't an issue, but after, he started feeling uncomfortable.
Yesterday, when he saw these familiar yet unfamiliar items, he bought them without hesitation.
After all, it was just a point, a trivial matter.
"Give me a set, I want to use it too," Hestia nodded repeatedly, intrigued by the foamy mouth.
Aston, without hesitation, took another hygiene kit from his system space and handed it to Hestia.
Then, a scene similar to one from the anime (the scene of Hestia and Bell brushing their teeth) occurred, but this time with Aston.
Aston and Hestia brushed their teeth side by side, twisting their bodies as they did so.
Don't get it wrong; Aston didn't want to do this, but Hestia insisted, teasing him if he didn't comply, not letting him freshen up properly.
Under the circumstances, Aston had no choice but to go along with Hestia's embarrassing behavior.
This scene, caught by Eina as she brought breakfast out of the kitchen, made her burst into laughter. Airel, following behind her, also chuckled amusedly.
After breakfast, the group set off for their new Familia residence, locking up the old place. Hestia had only been in the previous location for a short time since being left here by Hephaestus, so there wasn't much sentimental attachment. They left without any qualms or emotional attachment.
They quickly arrived at the new Familia residence. As Hestia had described, it was near the territory of the Hephaestus Familia – a medium-sized villa that could accommodate around fifty people. It was no match for the residences of large Familias, even Apollo's mansion was larger.
When Aston and the others arrived, the villa was already occupied by the new members Hestia had recruited the day before. All of them were elves, with no half-elves among them – fifteen female elves and ten male elves.
"If it weren't for a Faction Card I refreshed this morning, it would have been impossible to include everyone on it," Aston thought, smiling inwardly. Indeed, after breakfast, Aston had checked the Shop's daily refresh and fortuitously found a Faction Card, which he immediately purchased. This purchase further reduced the already limited assets of the Hestia Familia.
His Faction Card now had a signed capacity of thirty members. He suspected that the system intentionally provided this card to him due to the Familia's recent expansion.
At Aston's arrival, all the elves' eyes were fixed on him, filled with respect and admiration, similar to Airel's initial gaze. Aston knew this was due to his aura.
Seeing these elves, Aston didn't speak but simply smiled and nodded at them. At that moment, he noticed a fanaticism in their eyes that surprised him. It seemed he had become a figure like Riveria to the elves – only Riveria, of royal lineage, could inspire such fervor among elves who weren't of the royal family.
"Welcome to the Hestia Familia," Aston said warmly, choosing not to dwell on their reaction. His simple greeting seemed to intensify their enthusiasm even more.
Aston thought to himself, "I feel like if I stand next to Riveria in the future, I might overshadow her royal status."
