Honestly nothing seems to have changed in the story aside from Kiyotaka and Horikita having to pay private points to save a classmate, the mc is not Sudo and yet he got into the same situation as he had in the original story.

Didn't class c pick out Sudo because he was known to have anger issues? And this character hasn't shown to have such a side to anyone so why would they pick him of all people?
