Chapter 1
Summer has come and gone, friends and family are returning from vacation back to school shopping in all the stores and a scent of new possibilities in the air is what they thought. Chester Ville is very small so things don't happen there a lot so when this happened that summer it was the talk of the town. It was on a Thursday day before school started the biggest back to school party going into senior year was supposed to be the greatest thing ever and the party was the richest kid in the school's house Luna. Half way through the party there was a scream and there Luna sat over her dead brother's body. There Leo lay covered in blood and Luna crying for a long time. This quiet little town started to wake up.
School was canceled the next day until Monday and the whole town was still in shock everyone at the party was questioned and they gave their statements but every thought that Luna killed her own brother. Everyone knows that before summer started that she and her brother had a big fight when she found out he was dating her best friend. Did not end well. No one in school talked to her that day she ran into the mystery club. On that day her life changed as she turned on the light.
Ray: hi! Turn off the light am developing film in hear
Luna: sorry i just needed a place to cry
Ray: sorry but this isn't a room to cry, this is a club room.
So what bring u here luna
Luna: don't you know
Ray: It has been a long while since we talked but I thought you wouldn't remember me. You can turn on the lights now.
Luna: OMG, ragnall you got so tall and good looking, no glasses i see
Ray: I go by Ray now and it's been 16 years. You look great as ever. miss.Blake.
Luna: you know can call me luna
Ray: What brings you here? I don't think the great luna blake would be caught dead in our little cub.
Luna: so this is a photo club or something
Ray: no it's a mystery club
Luna: So you solve the mystery or you read about it, wait when i enter in you said you were developing film.
Ray: I also take pictures. And we both solve and read mystery around the school.
Stranger talking approtes 1 : ooh come on luna i don't think so she could even hurt a fly. Remember when we were in the gym. She took up the lizard and threw it away. I think it's the girlfriend.
Stranger talking approtes 2: you think so cause i haven't seen here since then. And she was there.
Stranger talking approtes 1: I saw her at the party that night and she looked drunk.
Stranger talking approtes 2: there was no liquor at the party. She says that she came home on friday
The door opened and it was the next two club members, Ana and james.
Ana: am telling you she was there
James: then why would she lie
Ray: cause she knows what happened to leo
Ana & james: hi ray
Ana: luna!
James: james
Ana walked over to Ray and whispered something in her ear as James kept staring at Luna, Ana had to hit him in the head.
Ana: so what is she doing here
Ray: she just walked in cry ok
Ana: ok but did she see the pics
Ray: no
Ana: good
James : what are we going to do
Luna: i need your help
Everyone : what!!
Ana: why would we help you
Luna: cause we are old friends and i will tell james father that you took pictures of his crime scene and evidence.
Ana: fine but that doesn't make us friends. We will meet at my house this evening, is that ok for you princess?
Luna: see that you never change ana-bell i will be there
Ana: you too luna and it's just ana
James: come on guys we all were friends once we can still be friend
The bell rang and everyone went to class leaving James' question unanswered. As they went to class, Ray saw something very important in the gym. I saw Kim Leo's girlfriend talking to Leo's best friend mike.
Kim: i need the thing
Mike: am cutting you off, and you haven't paid for the last few
Kim: i saw what you did at the party and if you don't want me to talk you get me the stuff
She walked out slamming the gum door. Mike holding his head crying. But there was something that Ray should not have seen but he did which stirred up a lot of questions about what's going on.
