Clak. A white chess piece was placed firmly onto a board, making a sharp noise. It was a pawn that had moved two ahead. The other side of the board moved their piece in opposition, which was a knight. White moved once more, this time moving the pawn one step further. With this, the knight was no longer able to seize the pawn.

"It's an unfortunate reality." A voice equally as hoarse spoke as he moved a pawn one tile ahead. This voice also belonged to yet another Director.
Clak. Another move by the white Director was made, yet it captured no new pieces. He spoke once again, "How do you propose we finish this game, one way or the other?"
