Archibald burst into laughter, much to Lua's surprise. Among the reactions he expected, this definitely was not one of them. He continued laughing for a bit, and afterwards, started speaking:
"Apologies, young one!" He wiped under his eye, as it had teared up ever so slightly.
"It would have never crossed my mind that even after my death, I would still be asked to fight in a war!"
Lua gulped - the way he spoke indicated that he found the proposal so ridiculous that he wouldn't even consider it - however, what Archibald said next turned Lua's theory over its head:
"Very well! I don't know my limits, nor have I ever killed anything after my burial here! That is excluding a rat here and there…"
Lua heaved a sigh of relief, more than happy that Archibald had been willing to accept his proposal. After a moment or two of silence, Archibald pretended to cough and pointed to the door that had now seemingly re-appeared. He said:
