Lua set out early the next morning. Having never attended a ball before, he knew little of what to expect. For information, all he could rely on were the books he had read previously. Due to this, he was completely unprepared for such a social situation. He needed to find a suit, a tuxedo that would fit him nicely.
Lua was lying to himself when he was saying that he needed to build a network, and that was the sole reason he was going. However, he needed a break from the negativity. Day by day, he felt himself be dragged deeper and deeper into a hole that seemingly had no end. A distraction would do nicely.
Lua walked along the crowded streets. The air was smoggy, but it did not bother Lua. He was enjoying himself, taking the relaxing walk that he needed.
