Lua listened to Alfred's recount of events, understanding the relation between this mysterious 'Liver' and Oliver. They sounded identical. But this left more questions than it answered - why had Oliver sold out his own brother?
Regardless, Lua was able to confirm Alfred had no ill intentions. He was only a curious spirit who always felt the need to find the truth, much to Lua's annoyance. However, this trait was also to his benefit. It benefitted Lua in the long term.
Alfred lit a pipe. The smoke puffed in the air, giving it a surprisingly calm aroma. After taking a few puffs from the pipe, he leaned forward.
"I learned something else. I lied to you previously about being unable to find anything else."
Lua was intrigued. Information won the battle, as they said. He watched as Alfred took another puff.
