As Nacht repeatedly hit the dummy with the Oculus, he felt his senses heighten. He had been training repeatedly without breaks for 8 hours now, and the spirit in the blade had been oddly compliant. Every now and then, it'd make the odd joke or complain about how bored it was, but other than that, it had been relatively smooth.

Nacht debated internally, unsure whether or not to ask. The spirit was still a stranger, so he was unable to find a way to initiate a conversation properly.
