Of everyone in the Takigawa family, Satoru was the least happy person to see Midori go.
"Why, Midori-chan?" he asked for maybe the tenth time that day. "Why do you have to go? Why can't you just stay here forever?"
Midori patted Satoru's cheek with a smile.
"I have a child now, Satoru. For Ame's sake, I need to show everyone that I am more than capable of standing on my own."
Satoru groaned in frustration.
"Midori-chan, it almost seems like you are throwing your birth family away!"
"Oh, no, no," Midori clicked with her tongue. "I will never do that. I will always be a Takigawa. Besides, what can I do without my brothers by my side?"
"Aww..."
The twin siblings exchanged hugs before Midori climbed into one of the two rickshaws they hired for the travel.
"Satoru-kun," Midori suddenly recalled something else.
"Yes?"
"Didn't you once ask me if I might open a pearl milk tea shop in Ginza?"
