When Tsukasa returned to Ginza the next day, he found Midori on the porch, working on her garden.
"Good morning, Midori-san!" He waved at her cheerfully. "I haven't seen you for a while. Are you doing fine?"
"I am perfectly fine," Midori beamed at him. "How are you doing, Tsukasa-san?"
"Great, great, couldn't be better."
His smile faltered slightly when he heard what Midori said next.
"I am truly sorry about what happened to Akiko-san. Is she alright? Have you had the chance to meet up with her?"
"No, I haven't. But I am sure that she is doing just fine. Now, if you will excuse me..."
Midori's hawk eyes followed Tsukasa as he disappeared into his house.
Either the man lied, or he simply did not like anyone butting into his family's business.
Midori leaned against a wall and hummed to herself.
There was an item she could use to track Shinji Inoue, but she was not sure if she should use it.
